XXXX a " cash only '' home purchase with Flyhomes Mortgage XX/XX/XXXX. Closed on a home in Texas on XX/XX/XXXX. This was a XXXX XXXX downpayment, paid closing costs and upfront payments to insurance and XXXX. The closing disclosure is attached as CD- Buyer.
On XX/XX/XXXX we locked in a for a refi rate BASED on the loan estimate sent over. Attached as XXXX XXXX XXXX. Appraisal was to be ordered that day but did not. In fact we asked for documentation multiple times to confirm when the appraisal was ordered and promised on numerous occasions one would be sent to us, but it never has been. Appraisal was done on XX/XX/XXXX and we were told we would give a XXXX day credit of the per diem the " cash '' loan creates due to the delay in ordering.
We were sent an email to review and sign closing disclosures from XXXX on XXXX for the refinance where were were to put done an additional XXXX XXXX to create a XXXX XXXX conventional loan. They were incorrect on multiple levels and the lender ( XXXX XXXX ) could not explain why. I was given her supervisor ( XXXX XXXX ) and was told it would be cleared up. Days went by and no help. The supervisor said she was taking it up the chain but then went on vacation and our online dashboard pulled the closing disclosures and now listed items needed for review that XXXX already had been given.
I tracked down another supervisor XXXX XXXX, again explained everything and was told it would be looked into and then she also went on vacation. Days went by. I sent in a message as our XXXX day rate lock was running out XX/XX/XXXX and was assured not to worry, no additional interest would be added but no actual assistance on why the loan was no closed.
We have been receiving letters this week as to the date of XXXX XXXX loan amount needed to the sum of over {$600000.00} and in no different position then when the incorrect documents were sent to us on XXXX. There is no end in sight and neither supervisor has taken over ownership.
