I was trying to purchase the house I've been currently living in from my landlord which is a realtor ( XXXX XXXX ). He has a friend that's a loan officer ( XXXX XXXX ) ( Florida pro mortgage LLC ) our agreement was that my landlord was going to pay for the closing on both sides. One week before the closing he backs out and cancels everything with XXXX. I told him it was not legal what he's doing, so I got a mortgage lawyer. She spoke with him he went along with his friend and started procedure again. I signed 2 DOC ... Then was given a rejection I didn't qualify for the loan the Monday before closing on Friday. Mind you it's a FHA loan ... .. XXXX send me an email saying that I didn't qualify for the loan because of because I didn't make enough money for the loan which is false my credit which is also false it also says that I didn't have enough money for the closing which was also false because they had {$5000.00} in escrow earnest money and what was in my bank account was more than enough. I was asked by both parties to pay off my truck which was {$15000.00} and I did that exactly. I also didn't qualify because I had too much debt also false I have zero debt .... I have a mortgage attorney. I plan to proceed with charges against all parties involved. At this point XXXX XXXX ( my landlord ) is now threatening me with eviction.

I am an employee of Florida Pro Mortgage and I want to file a complaint against the company and the broker, XXXX XXXX, for not protecting consumers and for teaching illegal way to do business.
I have clients that are suffering loses, due to decisions or lack there of, by XXXX XXXX and Florida Pro Realty and I want him stopped before he does this to other people.
