The bank Facebank, since XX/XX/XXXX, has decided to freeze my funds ( {$2700.00} ) without notifying me of the product of this action, internally they do not handle the same information for my case, both the Call Center staff and the Account executive do not know be accountable for what happens. I have endured all my movements and operations and to this day I have no information or solution to the case, I don't even know what is the cause of the withholding of my funds. It is very striking that the funds according to the bank are frozen and on the bank 's website they appear as available and incidentally it was possible to carry out an exchange rate operation with a commercial ally of the bank ( XXXX ) and then they made the decision to reverse the operation already released generating chaos in the payment platforms and reputational and monetary damages with those involved in the operation, that is, there is a significant security gap and coherence of the information in this type of reconciliation or direct debit transactions. It is important to note that the exchange operations between Facebank and XXXX largely come from previous operations of the cryptoactive type. The worrying thing about this case is that the bank has not ruled with any type of information about this case, leaving the account holder clearly affected with all his commitments. Another worrying and misinformation element is that the terms and conditions that were once accepted by the bank 's holders are no longer available on the bank 's website and are not known to the call center employees either. This clearly makes it difficult to follow up on the current situation and I believe that legally this information should be at the hand of the bank 's owners. the bank 's website is : https : //facebank.pr/ and today XX/XX/XXXX it can be seen that the bank 's terms and conditions are not available for its holders or account holders.

My name is XXXX XXXX i have a loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX to my home in XXXX Flirda this company has not collaborated with late fee payments by paid month XXXX 2020. I called them to see if they had any delay program for these times and they said no. that if I did not make the payment they would charge me the late fee and there would be delays in monthly payments they would execute me with lawyers. Bring the check XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX at your XXXX Florida office. There was no one person to receive the check and contact Mrs. XXXX and she informed me that she did not bother me that they withdrew the payment and credited it to the account. After the days the bank calls me to notify me that I had a late fee account. for late payment in XXXX. they processed the payment on XX/XX/XXXX. It is not fair that they charge a late fee when in these times many people find it difficult to make monthly payments due to the world situation we are experiencing. They notified me that no one could compel them to be considerate of their loans, that there was nothing official from the government to compel them to grant any extensions. I accepted that, and sent the payment on XX/XX/XXXX because they are charged a late fee? my loans are to pay until the XXXX of each month. If they do not have personnel to receive the payment, it is not my fault that they deposit late and collect it from me. please I need a verification of my case because it is an abuse of those banking entities.
