I had a very unpleasant experience with ILendingDirect and I worry their marketing/sales tactics are deceitful at best, to persuade customers into signing up for products and services they don't need with no regard for customer transparency or disclosures. I initially received a mailer from this company for an auto refinance with better terms than I currently have with my auto loan. I did not check the offer when I got the mailer but rather I waited a few months because I was indecisive about wanting to apply. When I went to their website, they were advertising that you could check your rate without a hard credit pull. I submitted my information and within about a day, I had received a text asking me if my goal was the lowest payment possible or the lowest rate, and I submitted my preference. Shortly thereafter that I received a credit alert that my credit was pulled. When I spoke with the XXXX ( I think his name was XXXX ) on XX/XX/14, I raised multiple complaints. One of those was that I could not tell where I had given authorization for a credit check. I did confirm that I responded to the text providing info about my vehicle like the mileage and VIN - but I wanted him to tell me where in the process I gave permission for a hard credit pull and he said he'd look into it - but I never got an answer. This may have been an oversight on my part, but it worries me a sales XXXX can not tell me off hand how their approval process works. The sales rep had called me with an approval notification and he went into a lengthy sales pitch about their vehicle service plan and all the benefits. The fact I was being sold on the refinance set off a red flag for me because I have gone thru many refinances in my time and the banks always just lay out the term and payment details ; no one has ever put me thru a sales pitch before so I was on alert about this program. ( I'd still like an answer where I gave this credit pull permission. ) I had asked to speak to the XXXX because I had been worried about the approval documents I received via docusign. When I rec 'd all the paperwork, I was reading over the credit application that I " submitted. '' My income level was not what I make, the rent amount was incorrect and my work phone number was also inaccurate. I had asked the sales rep for a copy of my original application, to which he told me he could not provide it. And I challenged him because I said it's already loaded in the financial docx that you want me to sign. He asked why I needed it then, and I told him that the information is inaccurate and I want to review the info before we move forward, and I want a copy of the original application that was used for the approval. That's when he told me he'd have his XXXX call me back, who did later on. The XXXX explained my application was " company property '' and I was not allowed to have a copy. Again, I raised issue with this and asked how they could deny me a copy of my own application they are alleging that I submitted. He only agreed to look into it, I never received a copy of my application. He had called me back after looking into it to tell me the application is " auto filled '' and he wasn't sure where the information came from but why did it concern me so much. - I'd like to know where this info is automatically originating from, and I'd like to challenge the concept that MY application filled with MY personal info is somehow not my business when they are making credit decisions based on the info provided - which would have reflected fraud on my part had I continued with the application process and not spoke up. - This tells me they are intentionally inflating values on loan applications to garner a positive credit review and to secure more approvals, but they won't speak to the source of their info or confirm that it's concerning the applicant doesn't have to actually provide all this info themselves. ( I work in finance, I am very aware how few people actually read their contracts and I suspect this practice is intentional to generate more approvals with the hope that the applicant won't read the fine print. ) Additionally, I want their call recording practices reviewed. I had a few phone conversations with the sales rep who never once told me the call was being recorded. On my 2nd phone call with the XXXX, I asked if they were recording the conversations and he said that yes, all calls are recorded. I asked if there was a reason they aren't disclosing that and his response was, " Well I told you in this call, right? '' - And again I challenged this and said only because I asked. They seem to have very little regard for regulation and can not answer to any of their practices. I would like all three of my concerns answered ( 1 - Where did I provide authorization for a credit pull 2 - Where is the application info feeding from and why are you not obtaining the data directly from the applicant instead of pumping up the numbers like income and 3 - why are you listening in/recording your conversations without providing the necessary disclosures. ) I was very attracted to their offer ; however with so many red flags I had to stop the process and decide against refinancing. I do not feel comfortable providing them any more info and suggest that other applicants approach with caution.

My husband and I had auto loans with XXXX XXXX for our two vehicles, a XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX . We spoke to someone named XXXX XXXX at iLending Direct in XXXX about getting an auto refinance for both vehicles. This refinance was supposed to have a lower APR, lower payment, and shorter time period of the loans. XXXX said over the phone what our payments would be and the APR would be. It was going to be financed through XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX said that he would be calling us to go over all of the paperwork on both vehicles. We thought that he was sending the information in an email but unfortunately this was only name confirmation legal forms. XXXX said that he needed to get these loans through right away so they'd fund on time. He originally said a few days before that we would need to print up the documents and send them back via XXXX. He had a woman call us who had the ability for us to sign each document with a computerized pen. She was not a banker so had no information on anything and as soon as we signed them, she removed them. We never received any of these documents showing the total paid, interest rate, number of payments/length of the loan or anything. Just emails saying congrats on the loan. About a week later, we had received our documents from the lender/credit union . We opened the website up to start payments when they became due and saw that we had balances MUCH higher than what the payoff was at XXXX XXXX. For the XXXX, the payoff was {$9000.00} ( and we actually made a payment in between to XXXX XXXX so it wouldve been even lower ). We saw on the banking documents however that the payoff was {$11000.00}. No reason given, no explanation. For the XXXX, the payoff with XXXX XXXX was {$37000.00}. The banking documents for the new loan showed {$39000.00}. This was not consistent with what we spoke about and agreed to. We weren't financing anything extra such as a warranty on the XXXX. We emailed XXXX at iLending on XX/XX/XXXX and asked why both of these loans were added to and for an explanation. XXXX initially didn't answer. We emailed again on XX/XX/XXXX and let him know we were still awaiting his answer. Please see attachment ( iLending0 ). XXXX still didn't provide any explanation or documents. Only that we would be receiving a refund on the GAP policy. He was also very nasty and said " all our phone calls are recorded and they will support the fact that I reviewed in great detail all aspects of the loan ''. He did NOT tell us that some kind of charges would be added that seem to be a mystery, We never received any refund and have no idea what he's talking about. We did have an XXXX Extended Warranty plan that we had paid {$4000.00} for when we bought the vehicle ( XXXX ) but that had already been added to the original loan with XXXX XXXX. You will see from the attachments labeled with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that documents were not signed until XX/XX/XXXX. This was the first time we had seen ANY of this and we had to go through our credit union emails to get it ( and as you recall, on that date we weren't given any opportunity to review these at all. An admin woman was having us sign them and flip through ). We noticed the amounts, the fact that we have 71 months to pay it ( after we said that we didnt want to go any longer than what we've got ), and just the overall dishonesty. We tried to connect with XXXX at iLending to figure out what was going on and just like when he was speaking to us before when he was trying to sell us, we were still not provided any information, Our thoughts are that if he was honest, he'd have no problem with explaining it.

Dear Examiners, I will preface this complaint with the following statement. I am a compliance manager in the financial industry and have been in compliance related roles since XXXX. This complaint is coming an informed consumer, not a baseless accusation. This complaint is against Fleet Financial , Inc - DBA - XXXX of XXXX, CO. I retained the services of a broker to skip the hassle of going into a dealership, never was I informed or disclosed any such document to indicate there was a fee for broker services, nor an exact amount. The broker worked for the company, the company negotiated the car price, I assumed they made money on the back end with the dealership. After all, the dealership did n't have to acquire the business, it was brought to them. The transaction occurred in XXXX XXXX ; I am submitting this now because of my most recent conversations with Fleet Financial. I never received a copy of my signed loan documents ( Lease ). When I requested them, they directed me to contact the dealership and advised that I did not complete my transaction with Fleet, but directly with the dealership. I never stepped foot in a dealership for this transaction, I signed loan documents in the parking lot of Fleet 's office in XXXX with my broker and with a manager, both are no longer employed with fleet. I am now learning that Fleet placed erroneous fees that have nothing to do with the transaction aka fee padding which is what the CFPB cracked down on title companies for in the past. My assumption is that Fleet does this on every transaction and has made millions from it. My broker can testify to that as we 're still in contact. Furthermore, I learned that fleet added thousands of dollars to the price of my vehicle without my knowledge or consent, thus making the price and overall monthly payment more expensive. In the mortgage industry, a lender can not charge or assess a fee unless it is properly disclosed and acknowledged, I assume, the same should apply for auto financing since it is a financial disclosure. In the same transaction I traded in a vehicle, which Fleet paid much lower than market value for because they informed me that they do n't have a used car lot or even a process to selling cars and that they would have to mark-up the price to either sell wholesale or retail, either way, their intention was to re-sell and refused to pay XXXX. I later learned that they used my car as a tax write-off by giving it away for FREE to a family who experienced tragedy. Not only did they rip me off for the value of my car, they used it to their advantage by writing it off on their taxes as a charitable donation. If I did not complete my transaction with Fleet as they suggested, then who did I trade my car into? How did they give it away for free? How did they pad fees and increase the cost of my loan? How did they make money? Who paid off my vehicle? And why was I asked by a fleet employee, XXXX, to sign paperwork that they lost and to have it backdated to the date I traded in my car? Yes, they lost the bill of sale or title document relinquishing ownership of my vehicle, to Fleet, and required that I re-sign and backdate it. If I did not comply, they would have rescinded my transaction. I am asking the CFPB to step-in, review my case, and three others who experienced the same/similar issues that I did. I am also asking for a refund of all monies charged by fleet for this transaction, including, but not limited to the amount added to the loan to increase their profit, due to failing to provide a reasonable fee disclosure.

I was advised upon refinancing my loan that it would look better if I took on an extended new car warranty. I was advised that it would look better and this would determine if the new company would provide the loan or not.-Per XXXX XXXX XXXX that is not true. I explained to the agent that my car is brand new and has an excellent warranty from XXXX, my car has low miles. I contacted the Credit Union with whom I was placed with and was advised that my loan determination was not contingent upon GAP insurance or an Extra Warranty. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email to XXXX XXXX to advise him to remove it and he never responded, I called on XX/XX/XXXX advised Mr. XXXX that I needed them removed he told me that I would have to pay a {$200.00} down payment to have the GAP removed. He advised me that I " refused '' to pay the down payment in the beginning. In the beginning XXXX was checking with the credit union I was advised that I may or may NOT have a down payment. I received the forms, sent them back and then I was told that I would after the fact. By this time that money was spent. That was not a refusal but poor communication on the agent 's part. I explained to XXXX that he never got back with me on the down payment that I did not have a problem paying but after he did NOT communicate it further. XXXX XXXX XXXX covered the entire loan my question is why would I be asked for {$200.00}?. The information I received from I Lending opposed to The actual place who gave me the loan is conflicting, from the suggested requirement of having GAP, Extended Warranties ( my car is a XXXX has a new car warrenty ) to get financed as well as a down payment which seems more like a fee from I Lending and not the credit union. At this point no one has called me back to resolve the matter, I know my rights and want the GAP and Extended Warranty removed ( as I was advised to do by the credit union ). Also I referred someone to ilending ( before my issues ) company and he used my name to get a referral I was told by XXXX XXXX that I would not be eligible because the party did not use him specifically. Well on the website is says if your refer someone to " US '', us meaning a collective group not an individual. Also, I was given this great speech about skipping a payment, I was not told about the fee of {$60.00} that is added to my loan for that. In the end I just ask that they remove GAP and the Extended Warranty- I have enough insurance and don't need to pay for something twice. Please contact me XXXX Thank you

I was referred to a broker who worked for Fleet Financial. My experience and complaint is against the company, not the individual. My husband and I have never leased a vehicle and after being presented with options by the broker, we thought this to be the best fit for our growing family. I leased a vehicle on XX/XX/2016 through Fleet Financial. They acquired the vehicle from a XXXX dealership and the financing was through XXXX ; however, Fleet Financial did not disclose any notice relating to what fees we would be charged for using one of their brokers and because there was no direct compensation to the broker, we were unaware that fees existed. I would have understood that no one works for free, but the context and way they were paid was never disclosed and in my opinion, misleading. The trade-in description and allowance on the lease shows N/A. We traded in my husbands XXXX. We were also charged XXXX for " optional insurance, '' we did not agree or know what this was. We also were required to write a check of {$460.00} to XXXX XXXX when this was not disclosed when we approved for the lease. Naturally, we obliged because of how far we were into the transaction. Lastly, the car was purchased XX/XX/XXXX, tags on the vehicle were due XX/XX/XXXX, I went to the DMV on XX/XX/2016 after wondering if I would ever receive the notice to go purchase my tags. After using my XXXX and taking over an hour at the DMV I learned that they were yet to receive the paperwork on my vehicle, thus, they had to give me an extension to XX/XX/2016, which was 2 months after the original date my tags were due. When I finally got a chance to purchase my tags the DMV employee advised that since it had been so long the amount due was much higher than it should have been, upwards of XXXX-XXXX dollars I paid in addition because of Fleet 's lack of due diligence. It is my suspicion that Fleet purposefully held onto the money in an interest bearing account instead of dispersing so that they could make interest on money which was not theirs. I ca n't imagine I am the only person this has happened to.

On XX/XX/2021, I applied for an auto refinance with XXXX XXXX. After providing my information, I was provided quotes from various lenders. I chose to work with iLending because they provided the lowest rate of all lenders ( 3.60 % APR ). I got a call from XXXX XXXX, and as we started talking about my goal for refinancing, I was told that because of my credit score range, the rate I would get was around ~ XXXX, which is higher than the rate advertised on XXXX XXXX. I proceed to tell XXXX XXXX that advertisement of rates that arent available its a deceptive practice and a UDAAP violation. XXXX XXXX then said that none of the quotes provided by XXXX XXXX is accurate and that iLending does not have a marketing agreement with XXXX XXXX, despite XXXX XXXX clearly doing advertising work on iLendings behalf. Upon closely examining the disclosures provided on XXXX XXXX site, the following stood out : - XXXX XXXX site states you are approved, and proceeds to provide the terms of the loan approval. A reasonable consumer will have the net impression that the terms provided is for the actual loan approval, not just a quote. Yet, upon contacting the lender, the consumer is told that information on XXXX XXXX is not accurate and a different, higher rate is quoted- Under Lender Notes, XXXX XXXX site states the interest rate quoted may be dependent on the model and year of your vehicle. If you did not enter a model year, or if you finance a different vehicle, then your interest rate may change. It clearly does not state that the rate could change because of the credit score, given that XXXX XXXX already obtained the score and shared that information with iLending. Given that XXXX ) iLending knew what my credit score was XXXX ) The vehicle year and model did not change after the application, its hard to believe that XXXX could not provide an accurate quote and prevent consumers to be misled about pricing of their loans XXXX XXXX stated that the call was recorded and therefore the information provided here can be verified by listening to the phone records.

During a transition of losing my father last year XXXX, XXXX XXXX from iLending responded to my XXXX XXXX initiated inquiry XX/XX/XXXX. This was about refinancing my XXXX XXXX for a lower rate and a large enough return ( extra money left from paying the original financial company off ) to help me get into a place before my current lease was up due to me being laid off my job. XX/XX/XXXX is when XXXX told me that with my paperwork he could get me a rebate of {$200.00} for the XXXX insurance and {$1100.00} for the power train warranty I was cancelling. The warranty he said the new loan company offered covered more for less. Most of the incidents of what he was offering was over the phone and supposedly recorded. He took advantage of me and lied to me about the rebate about the warranty. He told me it was essentially on me to retrieve this rebate which I was not told to me until everything was finalized. I expressed over and over how skeptical I was due to my hard work I put into my credit to get it up to something companies will work with and all the hard inquiries would hurt my score. And it did. I was not told any information about this supposed full coverage warranty, I was not able to get my rebate from XXXX XXXX XXXX, whom originally lied to me about my windshield being replaced and never actually setting the appointment and giving me a horrible percentage rate and a newer car with the same problems as the car I traded them. XXXX knew all of it : My dad XXXX, unstable housing, laid off job, really unprofessional car dealership, and my expectations of what needed to happen to meet what we discussed I needed in order to finalize the paperwork. I was lied to, his supervisor knew about this and didn't return the calls.. I am very disappointed due to the fact I worked so hard to get my credit score up and that the Truth in Lending was violated in order to get his commission I was the XXXX responsible to do all the work for.

I bought a new XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2016, the apr was very high at 17 % financed by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a flyer on the mail from ilendingdirect with a refinancing offer and I called them. On the phone, I talked with some representative like 2 weeks ago, and he offered me very attractive numbers, like an APR of 6 %, a reduced payoff balance from XXXX to around 11k, a new monthly payment of {$310.00} ( compared with {$390.00} i was paying ) and the same remaining period that is from 36 to 39 months. I verbally agreed with these offers from ilendingdirect. Immediately after that, this man sent me electronic documents to sign and, without give time to read, he made sign and write down my initials on the parts he pointed me to do so. I was told that my new financial institution would be XXXX. After a few days I called XXXX And asked about my loan refinance status. They identified my loan, but they told me a totally different numbers. the new payoff balance raised up from XXXX to more than 14k, the new period of time from 36 to 54 months, the only true thing he said was the monthly payment ( {$310.00} ). I called ilendingdirect direct to complain, and the same man told me that I dont understand mathematics and even told me that i dont understand English. After these insults, i asked him to please cancel all this operation because I never agreed with something like that, and he said No because it has already been processed. I dont really make too much money in my job, and I was looking for some reduction help from 17 % APR to something better, I never thought i would ended up paying more money. I better stay the way my loan was before. They told me lies on the phone and made sign a different thing. I fell scammed and Im looking for help.

I was checking rates online for auto refinancing which clearly states No credit pulled. I spoke to a XXXX with ilendingdirect.com reassured me that no credit pulled for checking rates. I havent applied with banks or any financing company. I received an email from XXXX saying they completed my dispute that I filed on another company. When I logged into my account I noticed my credit score dropped XXXX points and I know it wasnt from the dispute because I was disputing an account that had a balance that should have been closed with {$0.00} balance paid on time. I had paid off several accounts on last month which brought my score up over XXXX points bringing to almost perfect score. I havent had any inquiries since this past summer. I noticed one inquiry on XX/XX/XXXX from a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Arizona XXXX, ph # XXXX ( per credit report ) which I havent applied and they should not have any of my information or any application completed or signed by me to do a hard or soft pulled. XXXX with ilendingdirect stated that our conversation was recorded so if the recording is played you will here me asked XXXX several of times to not run my credit. XXXX reassured me that he did not run my credit! I did not give XXXX XXXX XXXX permission to pull my credit! XXXX had given an option to call or email but theres no email address provided. The phone # provided for the credit union is to report lost or stolen debit cards or someone with an bank account. I dont have an account so Ive tried to resolve this issue.

iLendingDirect is misleading customers. They gloat their online refinance process can be completed within XXXX minutes, but this is a lie. You submit an application online, they send you fake and misleading offers. Then they harass you with phone calls to then ask the same exact information again and submit another application. They have no secure way to upload documents and my loan XXXX wanted me to text them to him. They then take multiple days to obtain offers, even though I already applied online and accepted XXXX. My loan XXXX XXXX, will now not notify me of my offers unless I call him back. I asked to be emailed this information but he is refusing. They have now ran my credit under false pretenses. I have read online iLendingDirect is putting XXXX, warranty and fees onto contracts without prior customer approval and are using their phone system, which is hard to hear, to scam customers. They state they need records of the conversation, I argue it is of utmost importance the customer has records of all conversations in situations like this. An email is a record of that conversation for both parties. This whole entire process is nothing short of a scam, false advertising and honestly a lie. It is very one sided and this pushes these predatory practices onto unsuspecting people who may feel pressured to accept thing right away without prior review or knowledge. iLendingDirects system is extremely predatory.

Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX I was called on to refinance an auto loan for my XXXX XXXX XXXX, I applied via lendingclub, and XXXX from " iLending Direct '', phone number XXXX reached out to me and told me I was approved and qualified for an auto loan refinance through their company as an intermediary for a loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, we went over all the specifics and told me I was for sure approved for this refinance and was asking me to authorize a hard credit pull be done to complete the steps to refinance. I then sent him my license, auto registration, insurance docs, and odometer reading and VIN. This morning at XXXX PST he sends me " we got an approval back for you buddy '' I chat with him again and provided the 2 referral sources he asked for. By XXXX PST I received another call, regrettably denying me for this same loan I was previously coerced to do a hard pull for. He said, I'm sorry, I'm new here and I didn't know that California auto notes need to be made for at least {$10000.00} ( mine would have been for XXXX after a {$1600.00} deposit ), he says " I messed up, but hey, at least I learned something today. '' I feel like I was bait-and-switched and taken advantage of, now, my credit report has another hard inquiry because of the negligence of the company and the ignorance of XXXX.

I was refinancing my XXXX XXXX XXXX through ilending Direct and signed off on all my paperwork and they are a loan broker who works with various lenders to get approval! They got approval sent me all the paperwork, I reviewed and accepted the loan offer, this was approximately 3-4 weeks ago! They assured me at that time my current loan would be paid off so that I would not have to make a payment to the current lender, yet here we are almost as I said 3-4 weeks later and the new loan has not been funded and my payment is coming due with my current lender. I have contacted ilending several times about this and they keep advising that the lender is behind in funding loans, I have advised that my current loan payment is coming due and I need this loan funded as I was told so that I am not making the current payment and then have to make another payment in 2 weeks to the new lender! I spoke with them again today at XXXX XXXX XXXX Thursday XX/XX/2022 and still do not have any answers! I am making this complaint because I have yet to be funded on the new loan and not getting satisfactory help from the lending broker who brokered the loan and really need this taken care of so not to mess up my current credit score because they are not handling this situation completely! Thank You!

On XXXX XXXX I received an email from iLendingDIRECT stating that I had been declined credit and that they had pulled my credit report for their review. The issue at hand is that I never applied for credit with iLendingDIRECT and had never applied to refinance my vehicle as they stated was the purpose of the loan. I contacted the company demanding a retraction on my credit report, and inquired as to why they would pull my credit without my permission. After blocking my emails initially, I was phoned twice, the first time to speak concerning the issue, the second to extend an offer for credit, I have the voicemails of each saved, remember they already declined me the day before. I wrote again explaining I needed to be contacted by email for hearing reasons. Since then I have received several emails blaming some other company I had never heard of and denying any responsibility for pulling my credit report as their letter clearly states they did.

iLendingDirect processed a refinance of my auto loan for me on XX/XX/XXXX, financed by XXXX XXXX XXXX. As part of the package I purchased a vehicle service contract for {$3100.00} through XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to cancel the service contract. I never received a refund and the amount paid for the service contract was never returned to the bank. On XX/XX/XXXX I followed up with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they responded that the contract was voided prior to be funded and that iLendingDirect still has the funds. I have been attempting to get iLendingDirect to return the funds to me or my lender but have had no success. They keep telling me that I am not sending them the cancellation form which I have submitted twice now.

I received an email from XXXX XXXX regarding an application for vehicle financing which I never applied. I sent a request of specific reasons for denial. They sent a letter dated XX/XX/2018 to send a letter to their Finance Director with address on letter which I complied. The letter was returned as not unable to deliver. I am concerned as how they obtained my social security number or address. I only tried a lender in Texas and then eventually returned to dealership for their assistance to purchase my car at end of lease. I would like to know how this company obtained financial information without permission. Also, is the company fraudulently requesting information? Their inquiry wreck my credit worthiness and cost me a higher loan rate.

I sent a query to XXXX XXXX, an online auto loan company. A company, Fleet Financial, responded and I asked for a quote. I subsequently decided to go with another lender. However, Fleet Financial sent me a notice afterwards that they rejected my loan and sent a notice to the XXXX credit-reporting agency. My credit is not bad, in fact is in the top XXXX %, and I have no delinquencies etc. as Fleet Financial claims. I secured a loan without problem from a credit union. I believe Fleet Financial 's action is an act of retribution to offset my rejection of their loan. I will communicate with the credit union, but I think this kind of activity is at the least unprofessional and at the worst harmful and damaging of character and reputation.

I am formally listing a complaint against iLendingDirect.com. I received an offer for credit to refinance my vehicle at 84 months with a 3 % rate indicating an approval for the terms based on a soft inquiry. The lender then proceeded to make an unauthorized hard inquiry and offered terms substantially different than the terms ( 100bps higher ) expressed in the offering. Their marketing strategy is deceptive, offering teaser rates and terms they are not able reasonably extend to an individual. As this company has engaged in such deceptive tactics, I felt it necessary to report this activity to the CPFB. Please contact me with additional questions.

I received a email from iLendingDIRECT stating they had pulled a credit report on me, did a hard inquiry and denied me for an auto refi. The problem is I never applied to them for a loan, never wanted a loan, and never gave them permission to consider me for a loan or pull my credit report. I have never had any dealings with them, never contacted them and certainly never asked them for a loan. They did call me wanting to give me a loan and I told them under no circumstances was I interested and to not contact me again.
