The laws about making phone calls are unclear to me. I received a text message from my brother that lives in a different state with a voice message on it. The voice message was from the company that my husband is behind with my car payments. The car note is in my name. I would never in a million years list my brother as a contact or reference because we are not close and I do not want my family knowing my business. The voice message identified why she was calling, her name which I couldn't hear clearly, letting my brother or whoever heard the voice message know my full name and the account that she is calling about. Evidently the only way she could have received contact information on my brother is to do a background report to find my kin people. I'm a very private person and do not like my information shared with people I have not authorized to share with.

As a long standing member I have had pleasure being part of your organization, Ive admired your care and customer service throughout the years. With that in mind it was quite disturbing receiving the egregious customer service from your representative XXXX as it relates to my account and payments. As an essential workers my days are filled working and leaves little to no time for my personal affairs. Nevertheless, I believe the customer service I received is not in brand for your company and was quite frankly disrespectful. I hope there can be an amicable resolution and look forward to your response. I would like a verbal/written apology and XXXX reprimanded for me and all the other consumer he has violated in the past.

this involves a timeshare. After speaking to a commercial lawyer I was advised that their tactics to have me buy the timeshare in 2014 were illegal and in violation of consumer laws. I further asked them for help to sell or transfer the timeshare and they refused. I in turn refused to pay the mortgage and they said it was breach of contract and I welcomed the legal action because : they called my sister in law and my sister and called saying I or my wife needed to call them because we we defaulting on our mortgage. These family members presumed it was our house. It is not and they have no right to contact them and disclose the nature of the debt, just how to reach us.

I am the XXXX and was contacted by Flagship XXXX about a vehicle loan that is over due by that XXXX. The company rep, XXXX ( XXXX ), relayed that she was contacting me to find my XXXX in order to avoid " having to go through military legal means ( Provost Marshall ) to effect a repossession on the installation ''. It is my understanding that under the FCPA, that creditors are not allowed to discuss status of loans with employers. They can only contact employers to verify employment and ask for contact information.
