They call daily to say they are processing papers for court ( to take me to court ) Both me and my XXXX year old mother. They are also contacting family members. They say they have to get us processed for court and that our legal rights will be forfeited once they file with the court. When I call them they are asking for a {$500.00} processing fee with credit card only. I will not pay this and I believe this is an old debt. I believe this is a scam. They will not give me the name of the collection firm, so I am not able to send a stop contact letter. I want this to stop.
