XX/XX/XXXX First Key Mortgage purchased my loan from XXXX and has it serviced with sXXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) After years of numerous complaints regarding XXXX overcharging me thousands for taxes and insurance : I tracked down XXXX Key mortgage and notified them of the clerical errors and the hardship it has cost me as i am a XXXX veteran. Another month has gone with no word from them either!
XXXX & XXXX FOR XXXX TOTALED {$3300.00} NOT {$4800.00} XXXX & XXXX FOR XXXX TOTALED {$3200.00} NOT {$4100.00} ESCROW ANALYSIS FOR XXXX & XXXX ARE WRONG BY THOUSANDS MAKING MY MONTHLY PAYMENT MORE THEN IT SHOULD BE!!!!
my {$890.00} mtg payment carried over from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX should NOT change until the new XXXX policy took effect XX/XX/XXXX. What is a bankruptcy payment and all fees? Escrow should have {$1400.00} carried over from chase where did it go?
Enclosed is the Escrow disbursement from XXXX CLEARLY THE NUMBERS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT MY POLICIES... WHY?
My insurance company XXXX contacted XXXX XX/XX/XXXX on my behalf to request the analysis be corrected for XXXX & XXXX, and UPDATE new policy for XXXX date and price ... XXXX REFUESED TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION!!! WHY?

apply all escrow payments at the time they were made NOT 6 MONTHS LATER. REMOVE ALL FEES AND CORRECT THEIR CLERICAL ERROR BEGINING IN XXXX AND RERUN THE ESCROW FROM XX/XX/XXXX WITH CORRECT NUMBERS TO DETERMINE A CORRECT PAYMENT. IN XX/XX/XXXX XXXX THE ESCROW WITH CORRECT NUMBERS FROM POLICY AND ALL OVERPAYMENTS APPLIED TO MY PRINCIPAL BALANCE!!

To Whom, First I tried to just get my taxes and Ins turned back to me denied tried to do a refinance with XXXX got taken for XXXX to find out my house has dropped another XXXX since XXXX and no refinance done but I owe XXXX more than what my house is worth now. Tried to get help through my mortgage denied again and they are trying to charge me for fees at XXXX I have not paid and do n't need to pay they said they where going to take it off but never did talked to them till blue in the face but kept and still getting the mortgage payment on time for now its is hard to do at times but find a way by selling things I have worked hard for. First Key denied me they say I have a Senior mortgage attached to me since XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX I have never known of a senior mortgage I do n't owe this at all but I have talked to XXXX they told me to get with XXXX I did they said they take care of it but did not solve the problem. I have no equity in my house now and ca n't afford to to repairs needed done some as I slowing find the way to get money together. First key mortgage have had during the time trying to get help through them got a few calls from there customer service with like threaten action for my payment for they said they have not receive my payment this is 3 days after and after arguing with them to check again for I have made the payment on or before the due date plus Im suppose to have 16 days after but not with them. What can be done I have great credit and work hard to pay my bills with not much left for gas and food. I need a little help with this problem thanks

I am reporting FirstKey to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because they have remained unresponsive to my many requests through their online message center ( which promises response within 48 hours ) and several of my phone calls to customer service over the past few months. I switched homeowner insurance providers back in ate XXXX 2015 and since then have been paying for my homeowners insurance out of pocket. My new insurance company XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted all forms to FirstKEy verifying that this is so ( twice now! ), yet FirstKey has failed to follow up on my requests to adjust my monthly loan amount to deduct for the fact that homeowner insurance payments should no longer be rolled into the amount due for my monthly mortgage payments. I have messaged them many times in writing and I have called on XXXX different occasions and talked with a customer service agent to try and get the issue fixed. The agents never follow through once we are off the phone and so I am still being billed for the homeowners insurance. I need someone to help me escalate. This is the third company my loan has been sold to since I bought my first home in XXXX and they are the worst. Please help me!

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX This is a private label servicing situation where XXXX is doing the servicing 'work ' but it 's being branded as FirstKey ....
Short Sale Package was submitted XXXX/XXXX/16. We have not received any communication whatsoever from the negotiator. We can not get a straight answer from anyone in the company. Every phone call we are told a different story. We were told on XX/XX/XXXX that the file was marked complete and moved to a negotiator - XXXX XXXX. Now today, XX/XX/XXXX, we were told it was only sent to the negotiator for 'initial review ' on XX/XX/XXXX and not deemed 'complete ' until XX/XX/XXXX, therefore the 30 day time-frames start over again from XX/XX/XXXX. They are playing games with the '30-day ' timeframe guidelines and they are lying to us on every call we make to them. They are refusing to call us back. When we call them they are very rude and dismissive. It is very apparent to me that they are trying to cover up for the negotiator not working the file since it was submitted XX/XX/XXXX.

Unbeknownst to me, this lender was switched out from my original lender, and 100 % purely due to their new collection techniques, which I was not informed of, I incurred a late payment on XXXX 2021. At first I attempted to dispute the late payment with the company, because it had negatively affected my credit score, and they removed the late payment on " XXXX XXXX, 2021 '' -- the item disputed on my credit report was " XXXX '' and it was deleted in XXXX.
However in the following months, it has since re-appeared on my credit report, for XXXX, and it has been reported it as 2 late payments on XXXX -- I disputed this with experian and they removed a late payment, and it has re-appeared again.
Even though this item was disputed and deleted. It keeps re-appearing, and is negatively affecting me and my ability to acquire credit. My credit score was near perfect before this. The company will absolutely not help me with any of this and refuse to acknowledge the problem.

I have tried to remove my PMI, and to no avail. After i was told that i need to pay for the appraisal so they can send in a representative they work with, they are now claiming that not only they will not be able to remove my PMI because my appraisal amount came back less then 1 % of where the loan to value is required. This is especially interesting since i have had an appraisal done on my house in XXXX 2015 and the appraised value came back over XXXX XXXX dollars more then the one their " representative '' appraised. The value of the homes in my area have gone up rather then down. Tho me it seems the banks are at it again. Stealing from the people.

We made extra payments on our mortgage loan to First Key, based in New Jersey ( we pre-paid for 6 months, plus paid extra principle ). We followed their instructions to make sure they were applied to future payments. Despite repeated calls ( and we have the names of people we spoke to ), and emails following their instructions over the last 6 months, we have not received a single correct and updated statement and now have received a " Delinquent Notice ''. We have proof of payments. Now they are applying " late charges '' and threatening us with a home inspection that we would have to pay for. We are being harassed at this point.

Have a mortgage on XXXX property with FIrstKey. Requested payoff amount and received same. Sent in payoff amount of {$440.00} ( via certified funds ) on XXXX/XXXX/15 ; which was two weeks before deadline. Never received reconveyance. Have called FirstKey on multiple occasions and send them multiple emails. Took over 30 days for them to respond to my email. My phone calls go nowhere. They admit it was their mistake but they are not doing anything about it. Instead, they have sent me to collections and I fear my credit has been affected. My loan # is XXXX and i can forward to you all of my correspondence. thx

For at least three times since XX/XX/XXXX and as requested by my lender First Key Mortgage, LLC XXXX, XXXX C/0 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), I had already faxed and downloaded ( into lender 's website ) proof insurance policy covering the improvements and betterments within my townhouse unit as confirmed several times by lender representatives on the phone and by fax receipts ( see attachment for verification ). But they kept sending me letters saying I did not provide proof of coverage and force me to buy their insurance by setting up an impound/escrow account for my loan.

I have had my mortgage with First Key for several years. Last year, I received a letter stating there was a shortage in my escrow account, so my payment went up. Had to pay it. Received another letter this year stating the same thing. Became suspicious. Contacted them, and they told me my home insurance and property taxes went down. They said on the phone " This cant be right '' Asked for a supervisor or someone from their escrow department to contact me. I have spoken to XXXX of their customer service reps, and still have not heard a word. Feel as though I am being ripped off

I use a bill pay service. They send my payments so that the mortgage company receives them on time. My current mortgage company is I 'm sure holding my payments. They are n't cashing the check for up to 3 weeks after bill pay says they received them so they are late every month.
