After noticing negative reporting FIRST UNITED BK & TRUS to credit file of XXXX XXXX XXXX I initiated a verification letter to FIRST UNITED BANK, completely unaware of account and unknown of any the negative information being left by the bank on my credit report pertaining a auto loan and repossession that I did not authorize or consent to also never have done business with first United Bank out of XXXX Oklahoma that is over an hour and a half South of where I lived in XXXX, Oklahoma The demand letter send XX/XX/XXXX was a Validation of Contract and Debt and request for information of account XXXX As after contacting the bank via phone call and raised my concerns of unauthorization and what appeared to be fraud and identity theft the bank said I would have to formally write them and there was nothing I could do over the phone, I did not agree or believe that was satisfactory however wasn't giving any other choice and prepared demand letters and sent them to : FIRST UNITED BANK & TRUST XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OK XXXX A short time later I had received a response back from bank staff : XXXX XXXX from XXXX that provided some of the information i requested and the credit contract naming : XXXX XXXX as buyer and a Used car dealer, XXXX XXXX, in XXXX Oklahoma as seller and assignment of seller 's Interest in contract to FIRST UNITED BANK dated XX/XX/XXXX, also provided was a Copy of a Certified Statement and repossession and a NOTICE for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Sent by FIRST UNITED BANK via USPS to a address in XXXX Oklahoma, in the name of XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX I contacted the USPS office in XXXX Oklahoma to validate address on certified letter sent from XXXX XXXX BANK and the XXXX staff that could not validated address and wasn't currently in use or that it could be a bogus address. Upon receipt of aforementioned documents, I began an audit and investigation into matters pertaining to loan # XXXX, and discovered Credit Provided on the behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX in sum of {$14000.00} and Payments deducted by FIRST UNITED BANK in the sum of {$9100.00} from funds held in deposit in My Business Checking Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, an Oklahoma Company w/Service of Process address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Registered Agent XXXX XXXX XXXX Service of Process address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Further I would engage in correspondence back and forth with First United Bank and XXXX XXXX for over a year and myself providing ample in-fact-proof that the contract was invalid done without my consent and authorization and that the vague information they had wherein First United Bank remotely approved an application from a used car dealer in XXXX, Oklahoma that failed even to validate the information was correct by making the person who made the fraudulent credit application to even produce a photo ID or other matching identifiers that would have flagged the transaction as fraud Also I learned XXXX app was done remotely so the fact is First United Bank staff never even meet the person submitting credit application or even speak to them over the phone before funding credit app. that was done fraudulently and damaged me and to add insult to injury and to my disbelief not only did First United Bank deny resolve issue in anyway they further despaired the injured party and victim to Identity-theft that is myself by, Reporting fraud misinformation to my credit file that continues to this very day in XXXX of XXXX the negative remarks on my credit file further disparage and causing harm and injury without any authorization to do so and after being made aware of unauthorized transaction Contract Form No. 533-OK-ARB and FIRST UNITED BANK 'S authority to enforce the terms is Void and appears to Claimant to be the works of Fraud and deceptive practices by original Seller and possibly FIRST UNITED BANK as they failed to act after being made aware of issue when they had the duty to due so. Claimant has never owned a XXXX, never had an insurance policy on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's only XXXX XXXX. Pursuant to : 15 USC 1692d SS 806 1. ( 3 ) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section 1681 a ( f ) or 1681 of this title. 11. ( 9 ) The use or distribution of any written communication which simulates or is falsely represented to be a document authorized, issued, or approved by any court, official, or agency of the United States or any State, or which creates a false impression as to its source, authorization, or approval. 111. ( 1 ) The collection of any amount ( including any interest, fee, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation ) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or allowed by law. IV. ( a ) It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. V. Deceptive and predatory lending practices lack full and honest disclosure. FIRST UNITED BANK by way of a deceptive contract usurps XXXX in CREDIT for organizing a loan and pulling Line of credit from original creditor by the lack of Consent and full and honest disclosure. When the covid shutdown occurred in XXXX, I asked for a forbearance from First United Bank every week for at least 2-3 months and was told every time " NO, our investors are not allowing that. '' After a few months of not being able to work, we bounced a check bc we had XXXX income coming in. At that time, I called and they notified me " yes, we HAVE been allowing forbearance .... '' At this time, I was able to open my businesses again so I began to play catch up on my mortgage to get me " current '' I kept my account on the forbearance plan because I was told that I had to pay the entire 3 months that I was late on IN FULL if I ever got off of the forbearance plan. Each month, I paid an additional {$400.00} to close the gap. Eventually, after about a year, I was told that I could get off of the " loss mitigation plan '' move the 3 months that I was behind on to the end of my loan and that would make my account " current. '' First United Bank sent me a contract laying out the plan to move the 3 months owed to the end of my loan period in XXXX. It was signed on XX/XX/XXXX. Meanwhile, every mortgage payment that I made during this " loss mitigation/forbearance period '' was NOT applied to my balance. Instead, they kept it in a non-interest earning account they labeled as " Suspense Balance. '' Nothing was ever applied to my principal, yet I was still being charged interest. When they received the signed documents on XX/XX/XXXX, instead of moving the 3 months balance that I owed to the end of my loan, they took the " suspense balance '' being held, and applied it to those months, and then called me to let me know that I was late on my mortgage payments and owed $ XXXX + and that if I did not pay immediately, that I would be sent to collections or be foreclosed upon. I had JUST made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX so I called and asked what happened to all of the mortgage payments I had been making. The bank misappropriated ALL of my mortgage payments to go towards the 3 months that I missed in XXXX during the " forebearance '' period, even though they had a contract stating otherwise. When I called customer service, they told me " it was a simple misunderstanding, someone messed up. It will be corrected in 2-3 months. '' It has been almost 3 months, and every time that I call, they tell me that a manager is unable to speak with me and that I should keep trying back or that they'll call me " in a few days. '' Currently, they are withholding {$18000.00} in a non-interest earning " suspense balance '' account that has not gone towards ANYTHING. I am being charged interest on my loan. I currently have two outstanding " late fees '' even though I was never late. And have gotten no answer or responses to my concerns. In addition, if that {$18000.00} WERE to be applied to my mortgage, that would take me out of the 78 % threshold that would take me out of PMI, but since it has not been applied, I am STILL being charged PMI on my loan as well. Please help me get some answers

On XX/XX/XXXX, in a XXXX XXXX XXXX meeting advertised under the XXXX XXXX chambers of commerce, a representative from First United Bank XXXX XXXX mentioned that the bank has community outreach that I can put business cards there on XXXX XXXX, I paid a visit to their branch at XXXX and I met XXXX XXXX, who claimed herself the assistant manager with XXXX on the spot. They talked about having free books there, and said selling book there putting promotional stuff apart from business cards. Based on what they said I decided to open an account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I brought the documents with my husband XXXX XXXX to open an account that is a checking account to try the service. I then talked to XXXX and noticed that her title is Senior Relationship Banker, about try to sell my book there and she offered to sell but with money donated to the school district. I then said that I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX already that I will donate to them. She then said that they can set up a donation fund but start XXXX, putting the sales of the book to it and have the bank presented to the library. They will do a 3 month period. I then told the library the arrangement. XXXX originally said that she would be in the bank for my opening of account suddenly told me that she couldnt be there. After I Left the bank, she texted me in minutes saying I can put my stuff on XXXX branch as I have a clinic /office at XXXX Our texts communication : Hi XXXX XXXX I have a question : years ago, I coauthored a book with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and other authors. I wonder if I can have donation sales in your bank and have your bank presents the donation to XXXX XXXX in XXXX which is a sub chapter of XXXX XXXX XXXX. And I have in Print-outs. I spoke with our Spend Life Wisely Ambassador who manages the books and donations and she mentioned we are not able to display books that have not been approved by corporate. Im sorry I know XXXX was trying to help out but I dont believe its something were able to do. We are more than happy to use you as our local spotlight at our XXXX XXXX or XXXX location still! I Open an account not because I want to be a spotlight although this is their offer on XX/XX/XXXX. I believe it is a misrepresentation and fraudulent business practice. Who can trust that they will allure me to purchase their services by saying that I can be the spotlight and later will eat their words after getting my money? This is the core of whats happening my husband XXXX XXXX can be a witness. I can understand a corporate decision on book stuff but not to cheat to get business. If this can not be resolved satisfactorily, I will file a complaint to federal reserve too!!!

We sold our house to a buyer that assumed our VA loan. The initial offer on the house was signed XX/XX/XXXX, the home did not close until XX/XX/XXXX. During this prolonged time we were forced to purchase additional homeowner 's insurance as we were not occupying the home and our homeowner 's policy expired XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Additionally we were paying the mortgage on our new home and utilities for both properties. We were told that assumptions take a bit longer especially with the VA however 90 days seems onerous. Additionally, the mortgage was still listed in our name until XX/XX/XXXX. During that time I received several letters indicating that additional homeowner 's insurance was needed as we had cancelled ours XX/XX/XXXX after the home closed. It appears as though First United purchased homeowner 's insurance on our behalf during that time- even though we no longer owned the home. Once the insurance situation was finally resolved, First United withdrew approx {$2200.00} from our checking account on XX/XX/XXXX ( mortgage payment for XXXX ) for the same property. Again it is noted that the home was sold on XX/XX/XXXX. It was difficulty to rectify this situation as the mortgage with our current home is through the same lender. I have been able to verify that the payment that was withdrawn ( and unauthorized by us ) has been reversed. Today I received a call from First United Bank asking for a woman with the name of the purchaser of our home- it appears they are calling to discuss the fact that the payment for XXXX was reversed ( as it was taken from the incorrect account ). First United has failed multiple times to update the information in their database once the home was closed until I reached out. It is frustrating having to deal with a new issue every few days. I have spent a considerable amount of time calling and emailing various persons at the bank to get ALL the information updated. I am anticipating a problem at tax time as well due to the inability to update mortgage information in a timely manner. I understand that the assumption process is new, however I feel that it should not be offered as an option unless the institution is able to execute the process fully. We have suffered financial loss, loss of time, and loss of peace of mind in dealing with this situation.

First of all I would like to address a few issues here. Previously there was a dispute submitted for fraudulent charges on this First United Bank Checking for a XXXX Later I worked with that merchant after XXXX it to obtain the funds back from the fraudulent charges. First United Bank closed the dispute and told me no error occurred. When truly an error did occur. Secondly there was other fraudulent charges which required a dispute for a XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. These were properly disputed as fraudulent transactions. At that time I worked for First United Bank. There motto is spending life wisely. I was fired from the company for filing these disputes. There were two other disputes filed which I cancelled. Which I showed proof I cancelled. This was done through online banking. They then proceed to advise me thats against their business policy to file disputes on transactions not valid on a checking account and terminated me. The following day I emailed in to make sure the disputes were cancelled. First United bank then proceeds to cancel ALL disputes including the fraudulent charges which then made my account have a negative balance of over {$6200.00} and then expected me to pay that back. When I wrote back in to ask why this was charged this way I was told they cancelled all disputes ( including the fraud ) and that I owed that back. Then they charged off my account. No where in their policy does it say you can not file a dispute on your own checking account as an employee. I do not feel I was fairly terminated. I do not feel I owe {$6200.00} either. The bank does a lot of shady things, they grant access full access to their it department to employee accounts / payroll and even lending. They discriminate against people who are victims of Identity theft and mismanage accounts.

XXXX of this year I had a bank account checking account ( XXXX ) closed with first United Bank and trust XXXX XXXX Oklahoma XXXX anyways I had done a job for a gentleman long story short you know paying me with a cashier 's check from a XXXX bank anyways I deposited the check on the XXXX of XX/XX/2023 ( it was credited it was credited to my account I left it in there for as long as the bank teller told me to. But anyways as soon as I withdrew a cashier 's check worth {$2100.00} the bank proceeded to call me and tell me that it bounced now I just don't understand that because that machine that they run it through should have caught it right away like I've seen scam checks go through the bank and the bank never credits the account if it's a scam check so my my whole argument but this is why was it in the green why was it credited to my account if it was fraud? First United Bank and trust company XXXX XXXX has been very rude threw this whole ordeal I do construction I don't deal with money like that you know I did a job somebody paid me I deposited it and I spent the money of course it's not my job to catch a scam it's the bank 's job I mean really when you get down to the nitty gritty the bank gets the money from me and any other individual that does business with them so I just I would like this whole deal cleaned up and fixed so I can open a business account and get a business loan and continue my life thank you very much that's all I've got to say if you need my input for anything else you have my credentials

On XX/XX/2022 I got a collection call from First United Bank who holds my mortgage. I have had my mortgage with them and refinanced with them as I love their service and process. However, today, they called due to being past due on XX/XX/XXXX payment, which I am not due for, as they miss applied a bi-weekly payment to principal curtailment instead of unapplied balance waiting for the second half of the payment to come in. I have paid my mortgage with them this way for at least 2 years via XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX online banking who sends them a check every-two weeks for the payment. ( see payment history ) When they called, it was easy to see, but since they said it was not a banking error, they would not reverse and reapply the payment as a partial payment, which would make XXXX XXXX. This is crazy and so simple, even if the inventor had been advanced the payment, that can be easily corrected and not make me, who has paid perfectly and often times in advance have to pay again a partial payment. As I called during the initial set up as I started these payments to be processed and ensured they would be processed right and followed up for a few payments to ensure they were going to unapplied then to full payment with a fraction, less than {$1.00}, going to curtailment. Again, this has been done on my loan with them for over 2 years, which this is the 2nd loan with them.

I applied for a personal loan with First United Bank where I have my checking and savings account on XX/XX/2022 and I got an email from the bank same day advising that I was approved for a {$14000.00} loan at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX months and asked if the payment was too high did I want to extend to XXXX months and when I did all of a sudden I was no longer approved. When I asked the loan officers why he said his president further reviewed my credit history and would not approve the loan. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX and a few years ago I fell on hard times but have tried since to get my XXXX XXXX built back up. So my daughter took money out of her XXXX plan and we went back to the bank with a request to approve a loan for half the amount- {$7000.00} and again was told no - I either had to come up with collateral to support it or it would not be approved. This money is to fix a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and if I don't get that fixed I will never be able to sell it and it will continue to XXXX- it is a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX When they told me I was approved I contacted the contractors to set up a date/time for them to repair XXXX XXXX and then had to cancel it.

I have a mortgage loan and a related escrow account with First United Bank. I requested that they close the escrow and send me the balance. I told them I can pay the insurance and taxes directly. They told me I would have to pay a fee of 0.025 % of the unpaid balance to close the escrow. For me that would be a fee of roughly {$230.00}. I asked them to waive the fee since this escrow closure fee was never disclosed to me during the loan process. They declined and I asked to speak to a manger and they declined to provide a manager for me to speak to. This fee is unethical, outrageous, illegal and not usual or customary. I have had several mortgage loans over the year and have never paid a fee to close a related escrow. Additionally I was not given the option to waive the escrow account when the mortgage was underwritten.

With previous complaints, I have just became aware that I am being reported as XXXX to 120 days late on my mortgage, as far back as XXXX but I have proof showing payment for some of the alleged missing month up until XXXX, when my payment was declined due to the type of card i was using then rejected for not being enough. Also due to the missing XXXX escrow money it was made known on their record line that until the missing money was returned I would not pay the month they lost it and I just missed XXXX because the said last time I tried to pay in XXXX that they would not accept my monthly amount, only full amount past due

Consumers for this bank have not been able to access their ATM deposits or debit card transactions for XXXX days. I'm getting ready to switch banks because of the poor online banking application used by this First United Bank. The application has constant technical functionality glitches. After a certain time of day, you are not able to see pending transactions. Today you can have {$2000.00} and XXXX minutes later {$50.00}. There are constant issues with pending transactions, balances not displaying in real time and funds transfers.

I have been getting a modification done on my mortgage with this company for over a year. It was finally resolved last month but they reported the account being late when it was not. It just took them forever to get the paperwork complete. Nothing was late and my credit score/report should not have been impacted. They already fixed this issue once, but now it is running into the same issue. I have been dealing with this place and it has been terrible. I will be putting in a complaint with my XXXX XXXX office as well.

I have been making the complete payment each month before the XXXX. I usually pay half the first part of the month then the rest on my next pay date which is before the XXXX cutoff date. I was called today & was told that they would not apply my payments to my loan unless I pay them all at once. It should matter if I pay {$100.00} a day as long as I get it paid before the XXXX. He told me my payments would be held & not applied.
