Please refer to my prior complaint : XXXX My loan was being serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX at one point. Initially, I complained and they claimed they could " neither confirm nor deny '' that I had any loans with them. Finally, after several phone calls they were able to give me a phone number to the new student loan servicer which is XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
I was able to contact someone there and they said that they were now servicing the loan and that it would take time for them to input my data into their system. I provided them with my updated information and they said that for now, I should pay my student loans by telephone. I have been making monthly payments over the phone in the amount of {$700.00} since XX/XX/2021. I have not received a statement nor is it clear if they even have information on the original loan. At this point, I'm not even sure if the loan is valid and I'm simply paying because they simply think I'll continue to pay without question. We've asked for login information and gotten nothing. Now, six month later I'm still paying telephonically and there's no way for me to track who actually has my loan.

I disputed it with the CRA, the Dept of Ed the person who reported the inaccurate amounts, and XXXX the debt collection contractor, who reported the inaccurate amounts to the Dept of Ed.
