On XX/XX/2021 I applied for a mortgage through 1st Priority in XXXX XXXX. When I met with the representative named XXXX I told him I am fee for service XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been for over 20 years. I told him that sometimes my pay is a little low in XXXX to XXXX until the XXXX come pouring in. He said it did not matter that they will look at my yearly income. He showed me that I was preapproved for the amount i was needing for this townhouse and locked me into a rate which expired a month ago. He stated 2 months later after I moved into the townhouse that they could not count my XXXX XXXX because its less than 3 years. I said well why didnt they look at this 2 months prior before I moved again. Im getting up in years and its XXXX very hard for me to move. He said sorry no loan. So I complained to the manager named XXXX XXXX. He called me well over a month ago and said we are waiting for your income to go up. I said well since the child support was XXXX and you said that was enough then if my income goes up that XXXX in one month I should be good right. He agreed. Now my income went up XXXX a month. I am grossing XXXX a month with no debt and after 1 month of NO communication and assuming I could move forward since my pay went up he told me sorry NO loan only after I pressed to close in a couple weeks. I have paid for bank appraisals, paid XXXX in rent to live here. I want to sue for my loss of money and time and emotional/physical toll of being LIED to and XXXX around.

Yes, I did submit a complaint. However, I did not submit enough details. I was sold the home " as is ''. However, a disclosure statement was never provided that included noting a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the gas fireplace, open electrical circuit boxes, lead paint. The seller was XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also, First Priority Mortgage, who sold the mortgage the day after it closed to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, did not inform me of my rights to a disclosure statement, nor its importance, and I have none which I have requested. The FHA inspector noted several of these issues -- no handrails, open circuit boxes, broken windows. The appraiser gave a very low appraisal, which my buyer 's agent XXXX who works at XXXX XXXX in XXXX was shocked by. For this reason, the FHA allowed only payment for an exterior paint and minor fix of the sagging exterior portico. All I was told was to wrap the asbestos pipes with mylar, which my then husband did. And that was all I did. I did not hire any contractors. That is a lie. It actually took 8 months to even close on the mortgage. Is there no recourse here?

First Priority Mortgage company has been dragging the process on AFTER it was approved by underwriting, and then asked for more documents, changed what was asked for several times, first a letter regarding a bank account in trust to my son, then when provided changed the request. Most recently yesterday they claimed they went to the IRS requesting a transcript for a XX/XX/XXXXtax return ( rather than asking me for it ), and today promised an answer as to whether or not the loan was finally clear to close ( its been over 2 months and closing deadline is XX/XX/XXXX, so I called the IRS who informed me no one requested or inquired about a transcript from any year. They outright lied.

This is the XXXX time I have tried to file a complaint about XXXX priority. Why was my complaint deleted as if I never filed??? I received an email saying they have responded but when I log into my portal, it says no complaint. Why has this been ignored or removed from my file?
