In XXXX XXXX I got a car loan for XXXX XXXX with First Primer Financial, I had weekly payments in which I paid on time every week. In XXXX XXXX I changed jobs and was now getting paid monthly not weekly so I contacted by phone First Primer Financial on XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX and told her I changed jobs and need to modify my payments to monthly not weekly she told me she would need a letter from my employer stating that I only get paid monthly and what day. So I made a payment of XXXX on XXXX XXXX. Then on Monday the XXXX I send XXXX a copy of my Letter of Employment. She later called my husband who happens to be the secondary person on my loan and told him that my letter did n't state what day exactly that I got paid and that she needs an exact date. He told her to make it the XXXX because he gets paid on the XXXX of every month then she later called him back and told him that she would just have our payments due on the XXXX of every month starting on XXXX XXXX XXXX saying we would n't have to make another payment till XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then on Wednesday XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me an email wanting me to sign a Modification letter and stated that she need to talk to me as well. Told her I was at work and asked if she could just talk to me through email and signed the letter and sent it back and that was the last time I had heard from them. Then on XXXX XXXX I received a letter in the mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX telling me they have purchased my auto Loan. At this point I 'm very confused I had no confirmation or knowledge about this. I then called them and they explained to me that First Primer sold my loan and that I was pasted due on my payments? I told them that I did n't have to pay till the XXXX of XXXX and they told me that First Primer never told them anything about a payment modification. Told them I would send them a copy of the Modification Letter in which I faxed to them on XXXX XXXX XXXX along with a copy of my Letter of Employment. I then called them to confirm they had received it the lady told me that they had got the fax and I would hear from them within 24 hours. I never did get a call back from them just another letter in the mail stating I was past due.The morning of the XXXX I went to start my car and it would n't start leaving me stranded at home and missed work for that day. I then called them and I spoke with another lady who had transferred me to a guy who then told me he would talk to his boss and get back to me within 24 hour which again I never got a call. XXXX Also called and talk to a guy on the same day XXXX XXXX. XXXX also called First Primer and told them that they needed to turn are car back on that they have no right to shut it off since they no longer have owner ship over the loan anymore they told him they did n't turn it off. On XXXX XXXX I finally get a call back and they are at this point trying to collect a debt I told her I was pretty upset because no one ever called me about and that I should n't be past due, she then verified my number was correct and looked at the account note she told me that they called and left me a voicemail on the XXXX XXXX asked what number they called and it was n't mine it was XXXX but he never got the voice mail. Told them from now on my number is the main contact number and if they ca n't get a hold on me on my number to call the other number. She told me that would just postpone my XXXX payment and that would make my final payment pushed out a month later told her I was ok with that as long as they do n't make me late I have worked so hard to make all my payments on time to have good credit, she told me she would be emailing her boss to send me a letter to sign that stated what we had agreed upon said I would have the letter by the end of the day or by the fallowing Monday XXXX XXXX. She then called me

We purchased a vehicle from Best Car Buys dba First Premier Financial in XX/XX/XXXX. Due to our busy work schedules we had an agreement to fully authorize discussing the account via email as First Premier Financial were calling us numerous times a day and calling our references. Over the course of nearly 3 years, we have been bombarded with calls once the account was due and the days past due. While we understand that they can contact you if late, there is no reason to call up to 7 times in one day AND call all the references. Under FDCPA they may call references to try and gain information on our whereabouts. But not call the references on a regular basis as if they were the account holders. However the vehicle has GPS tracking on it so they know exactly where it is at all times. In addition it was not disclosed to us that the vehicle would have GPS tracking on it at time of purchase. That was covered up by them presenting it to us as this paper to sign is in case the vehicle breaks down we know where to send help by finding it. Come to find out they have hidden tracking in the car and have found the vehicle on several occasions and put notes on the window. This feels like invasion of privacy. The collection tactics of them calling over and over all day long is harassment and very stressful. We would email them to advise on payment so they would stop calling and they would ignore the email and keep calling over and over. Even when we did talk to someone they would still call over and over and say that the phone number is on an auto dialer and can not be removed until the account is in good standing. They would call our references at least 5 times a week along with the calls to our phones. They would text us as well. We never gave authorization to contact us using an autodialer on our cellphones and to text us. They have disclosed personal information on several occasions to our references which again is a violation of FDCPA laws. First Premier Financial claims that they are a Financial Institution and therefore are regulated by someone and need to be held accountable. That is where this complaint filing comes into play. Due to financial stress and continued pressure, harassment and repeated phone calls over and over from this company, we advised that we can no longer do this and it has taken its toll. They tried to present an work out to lower the payments which I asked about a year ago or more and now they decide to say ok we can do that. Within 24 hours of that option being presented and we were contemplating our options, they continued to call another 7 times and call our references again. They were advised to pick up the vehicle and a cease and desist letter was sent via email and postal mail as well as verbally spoken. They have ignored our requests to refrain from calling references over the past 2 years and continued to do so over and over. They have ignored our requests to stop calling our phones over and over every day. They have ignored the email authorization agreement that was in place since XX/XX/XXXX so we can avoid all the phone calls. They have ignored all the emails we would send to update them on payments etc. They have breached their own agreement to communicate the account via email. This is a form of harassment and we need out of this account with First Premier Financial. We have bought XXXX cars from Best Car Buys since XX/XX/XXXX and never have seen such unprofessional treatment ever since First Premier Financial was created as the Financing Department. Their collection tactics are to harass, annoy and pressure one into making their payment. That is terrible way of doing business. There is so much more to tell but limited in this section.

On the day my payments are due on my auto loan account First Premier Financial begins calling at XXXX, every other Saturday. Not even giving me a chance to wake and get my day started. I have a good pay history with First Premier, and have fallen behind a few times. My account has never gone 30 past due. Since being with first premier i have recieved nothing but horrible customer service. The reps as well as a lady named XXXX who says she is from corporate call and disrespect whoever answers my home telephone. I have requested many times for my home not to be called before XXXX as I am not home until thatn time. The request was granted XXXX time. Account manager XXXX has called my home and told my child care provider she is a liar, she is beginning to see a pattern and is plain rude. She and another rep XXXX both have threatened reposession with my account only being 14 days past due at the most. XXXX has called and hung up on my wife because she was not getting the information she wanted. On Friday XXXX XXXX, 2015 XXXX placed a call to my home at XXXX XXXX from a cell phone not associated with First Premier Financial. Had I been Home and spoke to XXXX I would have provided my personal information on a 3rd party line. The telephone caller ID appeared as XXXX XXXX phone number XXXX. When I called the phone number back a lady answered whom did not identify herself as First Premiere Financial. She answered and said hello, no business greeting disclaimer opening. Nothing. After realizing who I was she said hold on I know who called you. I know I have an agreement with First Premier Financial, but the way they go aboout collecting their payments is not in a business like manner at all times. She has never called and been pleasant or professional. She always calls with a horrible bad girl attitude. I know I have a payment and i know its to be paid, the company has no consideration for their customers and the situations they may be facing. Its cold shoulder have my money or im taking your vehicle. I feel the way I am treated and im sure others are is unprofessional and should be addressed. I feel their tactics are unfair and unprofessional. I also was advised about a deferment. I accepted and was still charged my montly payment. i was never given time to catch up. Months later it was addressed that i had been over paying and was told i had a credit of {$100.00}. They have also had someone come to my home when my account was less then 19 days past due stating i needed to pay.

I had a car loan with First Premier Financial, and it was transferred to another company who owns my other car loan, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Well, I received the Welcome letter from them in the time frame that they were suppose to in order to remain in compliance, however the problem was First Premier Financial did NOT send me a good bye letter informing me that they were service releasing my loan which caused a bunch of problems. I could not find my loan on their site anymore, so I kept attempting to call. But the line was always busy that it kept sending me to a voicemail. And I never received a call back. So beforeven I knew what was happening I mailed them my check. That was XXXX. After a about a week, that 's when I received the letter from my current servicer advising me about the transfer. However they still said I owed them a payment. I waited for another week and still said I owed. The letter they sent me said first Premier would be forwarding any payments that was sent to them. Well I got tired of waiting. I paid my note online with the new servicer and First Premier still has not sent them the check. That 's the first time I had ever mailed them a payment and it 's lost somewhere. Know that company someone probably done stole my information, or it simply just got lost in the mail. Anyway, all this headache and confusion would not have occurred if they would have sent out the Goodbye letter or even returned one of the many voicemail I left. I really hope my loan was sold because they are going out of business because for this to be a financial institution they have no regards for staying in Compliance with anything!

I sent a certified 609 letter to XXXX on XX/XX/ requesting copies of validation of debt they received from First Premier Financial that was closed and reported as a reposession. I spoke with a representative last week on XX/XX/ and he stated the handwritten letter was received. The information came back as verified however proof was not sent to me per request.

Collector calls repeatedly through out the day even after stating to no longer call. In response the collector just states that they will just keep calling. Which in return is harassment.
