I paid off two loans with First Metropolitan Financial at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TN XXXX they were paid off in XXXX of 2020. I have been trying to get both title to the cars. They are refusing to give them to me. They are telling me I put these cars up for collateral on a Furniture loan. They illegally put this on my contract. I ask them to show it to me and they can not provide any written document that I put them up. I have been trying get my Titles since last year. I call and they want talk to me. I sent over letters they return them. I ask them to provide me with all of my payment because the numbers was off for pay off. they refused to give me any payment records. I asked them how can I use something for collateral and didn't owe the cars at that time. i was still paying on they. now that I have paid them off. They holding my title .... trying to take me to court on a another loan. That has nothing to do with these loans XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, TN XXXX SS # XXXX Account # XXXX

I have contacted all the Credit Bureaus/Agencies ( XXXX, XXXX ) and the creditor ( 1st Metro Finance ) involved in this matter several times trying to resolve this issue. Notifying them that they were not in compliance with their incorrect report per FCRA and that the accounts were fraudulent and that I'm a victim of identity theft. In return to tell me that these fraudulent accounts were verified and/or belonged to me or no response at all. None of these companies have provide me with any proof such as any original documents bearing my original signature.

I answer call to keep them from annoying other references collected info they want to give me and date to pay. XXXX is in hospital and Ive told them Im making arrangements. Someone has called 5 times since then and say they can sue. Wont change situation but they are now blocked from texting bc they are abusing it
