In 2019 there was a company that continued to reach out to me to collect a debt. I continued to tell them that the debt was not mine and I wanted to dispute this. I am an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not authorize this. The company then charged it off and sent it to a collection company. Me and my wife have tried to get this dismissed or investigated before they sold it off to a collection agency. I have asked for documentation, contracts, and never received any of these items before they sent it to a collection agency
