In Regards to an automobile loan account on my consumer report with First Commonwealth Bank. I am writing to assert my privacy rights. The law requires consumer reporting agencies to respect privacy of consumers. My privacy and rights are being violated. I have not consented to the reporting of this information. This is my private data and reporting this for income or business use is fraud 18 usc 1341. And a violation of 15 usc 1681a2ai, 15 usc 1681ba2, 15 usc 1681i,15 usc 1681 s-2. This is also a violation of tax code and multiple state laws in which XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are in violation. The Pennsylvania Fair Debt Collection Practices Act The XXXX XXXX XXXX Consumer Privacy Act Personally Identifiable Information Protection Act The Pennsylvania Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 4120 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Statutes These violation are both civil and criminal and far outway any benefit of trying to collect this debt. I have never given written instruction to report this information and any implied consent is hereby taken away. My rights will be respected or i will pursue legal action. With all applicable legal entities.

On the XX/XX/XXXX Consumer gave written notice to this company per 16 cfr 313.7. Attached is a copy of said notice. Also company clearly violated there own terms and conditions by sharing my information with non affiliated parties, which is a violation my privacy per~The Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, establishes a code of fair information practices that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies. A system of records is a group of records under the control of an agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifier assigned to the individual.

I had to move from XXXX to XXXX because of health reasons on XX/XX/23. I changed me address online. I received a message like in the past they had to verify it first. I racked up hundreds in fees because I never got their notifications. Thats wrong to take advantage of someone who cant drive because of health. Who did what they were supposed to do. {$8.00} a day is a rip off. I have worked in banking for 15 years. Every bank these days runs skeleton crews because theyre so cheap. I managed one. Every single person asks when employees go to them. How much money do they have with us. Its wrong. The things I could tell you guys.

On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I opened up a checking account with First Commonwealth Bank. As part of opening the account, I was informed by email and in the terms and conditions that I would receive a {$200.00} bonus for completing 5 customer initiated transactions within 60 days. The terms further stated that the bonus would post within 60 days after the requirements were met. My records indicate that all the requirements were met on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX is more than 60 days later. Contacting customer support only got me a message saying that it would post the next business day, but it never did.

I had lost my wallet in XXXX everything was in there my social my identification card medical card everything and XXXX or XXXX when banks just started to open outta nowhere and large amounts of money will be In the accounts then the accounts will go back to negative and I dont have no clue how they got there and its messing with me as a adult because I cant open a bank account please help me XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX first common those are all the banks I seen that was opened up in my name
