We signed an agreement, with First Choice Credit Management, to pay four different debtors. We agreed to pay, {$170.00} dollars/monthly for thirty two months. It started on XX/XX/XXXX. It ended on XX/XX/XXXX. They promised that all the debts would be paid. They settled with three, of the debtors, and told us, that the fourth debtor, would be paid too. We started getting letters, from lawyers, who the fourth debtors, got to help them collect their money. We called and told First Choice that the lawyers, were calling us. The First Choice team, said dont worry about the calls, because they were going to get it settled. They told us, we did not owe, any more money, which is what the agreement stated. They ended up not getting the last debt settled, and sent it to another debt management company. The new company wanted four more payments, from us. We said no, because that was not part, of the original agreement. We had to take the balance, that was left, in my wifes account, and we are paying the debt back ourselves. We are very unhappy that they did not fulfill their commitment and were untruthful to us. We dont want anyone else, to have to through this nonsense. I called them several times and they never returned my calls. I wanted to speak, with a manager, and they did not see fit to call me back.
