I put a valuable item into XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020. I returned one week later to retrieve my item and the store was boarded up. I reached out multiple times and got through eventually to an 800 number where a customer service representative was unable to tell me anything about the status of my property and put in a request for a district manager to call me. This was XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020 I still had received no contact from the business and I called customer service again. This agent also put in a note for a district manager to call me- I emailed the customer service email on XX/XX/XXXX and was told the store had been broken into during civil unrest. I was then told that there is no way for me to call or to retrieve my item or even know about the status on whether or not my item was even secure at the time this store claims to have been broken into. Today is XX/XX/2020.

I was double charged at an establishment and was told i could not get my money back. after, speaking with a higher up rep of the company i finally received XXXX of my payments back. Today, I went to pay my loan off and re barrow and now i am being told that i can not because i missed a payment. i have receipts for XXXX and XXXX payment. i contacted the district manager again. And this time i was told to leave the store and that was that. I explained to this person that i have receipts and he still would not honor what i had to say. at this point my contract is void because they did not hold up the end of the agreement on their end. the district manager also hung up in my face.

On XX/X/17 I was informed via email from my former employer that the company card that I had lost was used that i was to remit payment for the transactions or they would file charges with the court. I recently moved to VA from Ohio, meanwhile the card was used in NY. The company has held my last paycheck and halted my XXXX pay out that exceeds the amount being asked for. telling me i only have XXXX hours before I 'm arrested. I had a breach with my personal bank account and I was not aware that it had also affected my assumed to be closed work account because I no longer work for the company.
