On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent to XXXX XXXX what he asked for a no doc loan application for a cash out refinance on a property my company, XXXX XXXX XXXX owns outright. I was then sent to sign up for my own portal in order to upload those same documents I had already submitted. In that portal was a request for my personal bank statements which was not expected. That was one of the first questions I had asked ; if I had to guarantee the loan. Asking for my personal bank statements when my personal guarantee was not required, per XXXX XXXX, seemed suspicious to me. I vocalized my concern with XXXX XXXX, the president of the company who had taken over my application. I emailed him how I felt about this, and about another requirement I had a problem with ; a blind credit card authorization for the appraisal charge. He called me to tell me that he would have the bank representative call me. When the bank representative called he said my personal bank statements were not necessary, and he also assured me he would call to tell me how much the appraisal would cost before the charge would be made. I sent in the authorization and after that heard nothing.
I sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX and did not get a response. On XX/XX/2021, I sent another email and finally this time XXXX XXXX responded. He said he had decided not to do the loan because I was " rude ''. Because I questioned the blind authorization and responded with an email voicing my concerns about XXXX profiling for loans when this is a reality, I was " rude '' to him. But that is not even why I have a complaint. My complaint is that if he decided not to do the loan, he should have let me know instead of letting me wait all this time thinking he was considering the application. I could have applied elsewhere instead of waiting for an answer from First Capital XXXX. My complaint also has to do with the false information provided to me about not having to guarantee personally. Had they been transparent and told me I would have had to guarantee the loan personally I would not have proceeded with the application. My complaint is that he committed fraud when he requested more documents from me when he had no intention on doing the loan by then. My complaint is that I was discriminated against because I am both a female, and a minority. His decision not to do the loan is a result of discrimination, and not because I was " rude ''.

debt collectors was very rude and unprofessional they threatened to take legal action without giving me all the information on my case also called my job repeated times when I asked him to stop calling my job they had my cell phone number so there was no reason for them to call my job after they got employment verification from my employment they still kept calling this debt collector is called first capital the phone number is XXXX XXXX XXXX
