I am filing this complaint because I'm going through a really stressful time due to First XXXX Bank. I had a dispute with the bank and their agreement said all disputes need to be handled through arbitration and now theyve failed to respond to arbitration and not only are the in Breach of contract but it seems the arbitration court says they will not be hearing any case for first bank which indicates that the bank is in breach of contract with each and every customer they have. Now Im unable to get approved for a home loan or refinance my home, this has caused me to lose thousands of dollars and real estate opportunities. I have had to suffer tremendous XXXX and loss of sleep. I've suffered huge emotional stress. I don't have any credit freedom due to this issue. Ive been unable to sleep, lost appetite as a result of my financial ability being destroyed by First Bank negligence.
