Someone named XXXX XXXX called me from XXXX regarding a important time sensitive matter reference to account number XXXX and asked to call back on XXXX ext. XXXX. They not only contacted me personally but also my relative regarding my information. However, in the voice mail that was left, he does not mention what company it is from and what it is for. In addition to the phone call I also received two mailing list email from FINMAX. It claims that I took a loan with creditor name XXXX XXXX ( Which in fact is not even a legit loan provider. ) I have never taken a loan from them and the email that was sent was very specious. Both the phone call and email was sent around same time at 5:45 PM CST on Thursday XX/XX/2021.
