I applied for a loan using a agent or broker XXXX XXXX email XXXX XXXX FINANCIERA CAMPEON LLC DBA CHAMPION EQUIPMENT FINANCE located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX to find me a lender who finances commercial vehicles. They sent me an application that I filled out and submitted approving a credit inquiry. My credit was pulled and I was notified by the three major credit agencies XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. That was expected as I approved the application. The agent did not notify me that the lenders he was working with declined my application after over two weeks of underwriters reviewing my application. On his own or with the authorization of his superiors he used my sensitive information that I submitted to them electronically with my initial application and submitted a new application for credit several weeks later to a new lender without my knowledge or consent for no other reason that I can think of other than to attempt to secure his commission if the new fraudulent application was approved. I would not have approved of another credit hard pull so soon had I been notified and given the suggestion to try another lender. My credit has now been adversely affected with the new inquiries and I am currently in the process of trying to get it removed but these cases take much time of back and forth and is very inconvenient. I was forced to subscribe to credit lock from all three credit agencies.

I pulled my credit and I noticed a fraudulent inquiry, that I did not approve of, nor consent to. The company that pulled my account is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I gave them no authorization or consent to pull my credit on XX/XX/23. I would like to have this removed, because they are violating my rights by law. I have contacted XXXX, and I have also contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have received no response from neither. Please handle this matter as soon as possible. Please delete or remove this from my account.
