In violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Financial Management just reported a {$1500.00} collection account on my credit report without first supplying me with a 30-day notice to dispute. If I has received the proper notification, I would have certainly contested the validity of the debt. However, I was never given that opportunity.
