Communicated Everytime I had uncomfortable payment delays and late fees/payments met each promise I made. Around XX/XX/XXXX I gave a one time only verbal communication for XXXX lies to speak with my neighbor, and then I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating I wished for a voluntary repossession which is inaccurate I never requested they reposess my vehicle. I received 2 letters from XXXX XXXX after they repossessed my vehicle stating they had somebody interested in purchasing my car auctions depleted willing to make an aggressive offer. I followed up with XXXX XXXX and spoke with a guy named XXXX they knew nothing about my car being picked up told me that finance Co can discuss with him on the buyer. I never received any offer the second letter said I was to review and options to find another vehicle XXXX XXXX never responded to my email asking about the details nor has finance Co responded. Instead keep adding derogatory delinquent payments to my credit.
