Was contacted 3 weeks ago and set up a payment plan for a check that is from 2008 they told me if I did n't get the {$250.00} paid off that they would be charging me {$1900.00} and take it out of my tax return. A week before the payment was due they called repeatedly about 6 times through the week to remind me over and over of my payment. My payment was due today but I had not gotten to the bank yet to put money in. They started calling at XXXX and called my phone XXXX times in a row back to back. I was in a different room dealing with my neices at the moment. I had answered the XXXX call from them and told them to stop blowing up my phone. They called back XXXX more times in a row. This is harassment and it needs to stop.

People are calling my family threatening to have me arrested saying they have to get ahold of me for a court summons They leave this phone number XXXX and a case number. They call my family everyday and have even threatened to throw them in jail if they do n't find me. XXXX family member received XXXX calls in one day. The loan was over 3 years ago. I 'm now on XXXX and ca n't afford anything right now.
