Fidelity 1st Funding withheld funds ( {$4000.00} ) in order for me to get a {$150000.00} loan for remodeling my home. I was told {$4000.00} would be held until I completed recommended repairs based on the appraiser 's report. The repairs were complete late XXXX/XXXX XXXX. I reached out to XXXX who stated it would be no issue to release the funds. I submitted pictures and receipts as requested and once again given the runaway. I was told I needed another appraisal which was not communicated to me at the time when I was told they would hold the funds. Then another individual XXXX started he did not care if I ever received the funds and would send them to the State of California for Governor XXXX to have. The entire loan process has been misleading. Every time XXXX assured there would be no problems, there were problems and miscommunications. The repairs the appraiser suggested were done. Not only were the repairs completed, but also approved by the City Inspector where I reside. There should be no need for me to pay for another appraisal when it's a matter of verifying the recommended were completed.
