I have XXXX XXXX XXXX. When my XXXX XXXX is high or low I lose my abilities to see clearly and comprehend what I read. I have come to rely on my auditory senses more and more as my health has started to decline. Because of this I have come to rely on the customer service representatives I speak to. I was told about Public Service Loan Forgiveness in the Fall of XXXX. I graduated in XXXX of XXXX. I worked with XXXX XXXX as my sole source of information to repay my loan. I was lead to believe that I was enrolled in this program beginning in XXXX and I have made payments each month on time. I call each year to make sure I am keeping up with everything I need to do so that my loan with be forgiven. This is very important to me since I am a single mother with a XXXX. Several years later, a coworker suggested that I ask about the XXXX loan forgiveness program and I did. When I called I asked specifically if this would affect the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program and I was told it would not. I applied for this and it was paid toward my loan. I was told it would reduce the amount of my entire loan and the Public Loan Forgiveness Program would pay less. This {$5000.00} did not benefit me as my entire loan would have been completely forgiven anyway. At this time, I had no information outside of what I was being told. During another call I asked if I needed to complete an application for the Public Service Loan and was told it wasnt necessary until XXXX XXXX. I decided on my own to do this and have sent in one complete Employment Certification. During this process no one mentioned how one impacted the other. At some point in time my loan was handed over to FedLoan. I have continued to call multiple times each year to make sure I was on track for my loan to be forgiven. I asked specifically in XXXX about my number of payments and was told there was no problem it would be repaid in XXXX. My due diligence was performed when I asked about the XXXX loan forgiveness and with each call I have made since XXXX. Not one person explained that the XXXX Loan Forgiveness would impact the Public Service Loan Forgiveness until I asked about my number of payments In XXXX of XXXX. Having spoke to FedLoan, I called XXXX Services and basically, Fedloan claims it was XXXX 's fault that this was not explained to me and vice versa. I requested a customer service supervisor from FedLoan to call me on my cell phone and I was never contacted. If I had access to this information would never have agreed to the XXXX Loan Forgiveness. I asked but was not made aware that the year of services and the number of payments would be affected. In short, five years and 60 payments have been taken from me without my knowledge or consent. I even asked this about this directly and was told it would not affect the Public Loan Forgiveness at all. I should have 10 years of public school service this month with 120 faithfully made payments in XXXX counted toward forgiveness. If I had been told of the implications, I never would have agreed to the XXXX Loan Forgiveness. This did not benefit me at all.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I reach out to Fedloanhelp.org to help me to reduce my student loans. They gave me a quote which can reduced the loan payment. When I signed the contract and gave them the bank statement for automatic withdraw in the amount of {$72.00}, I was under assumption that they are not for profit. At the time, I understand I have to make a donation to help the organization with the operation cost. Fedloanhelp.org has been withdrew money from bank account every month since XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Recently, I received the approval for my loan consolidation from Fed Loan XXXX stated that my monthly payment is {$0.00} until XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I look at my bank statement to check for the amount and the address. The electronic check showed the check made payable to Student Loan Payment XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX, which was not match with the address that Fed Loan XXXX sent me. I called Fed Loan XXXX and asked them about the payment of {$72.00}. They said the amount never apply to my account, and the amount that Fedloanhelp has been charging me was for their fees because I used the third party. The customer service associate said that all they did was fax the document over. I called Fedloanhelp.org at XXXX to ask them why the amount did not applied to my account. XXXX XXXX from Fedloanhelp said that the amount goes into a trust, which I do n't understand. She said that she is busy with other files, but she will call me back. While I was waiting, I went the PDF document that I had XX/XX/XXXX. The PDF document did not stated the payment goes into an escrow or trust. It said that it will apply to the account. However, in the event that client, which is me, is not happy with the service. I can cancelled and donate the money in Year 1. So, I called Fedloanhelp.org back, and I spoke with XXXX XXXX. I told him that Fed Loan XXXX did n't have any record the payments had made. He said that Fed Loan XXXX customer service did n't know how this thing work. At the same time, I was thinking that if Fed Loan XXXX told me that I do n't have to make any payment until XX/XX/XXXX, and I have to make {$72.00} monthly to Fedloanhelp. Why did the payment has to go into a trust? Why did they send directly to Fed Loan XXXX? What will happened one year from now? I may be out {$850.00} XXXX $ XXXX ) if they wo n't apply the amount that they have been withdrew. So I cancelled the service. Obviously, they are not refunding the amount that I had paid for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX in the total of {$210.00} because this will be in the donation to help them with their operation cost. I do n't know if Fedloanhelp.org has ever been violated any laws ; However, I felt like it should n't be complicated and it should be straight forward. Even though, I agreed to make the donation. However, I feel like I was strict to pay " fees '' as donation even though they stated as donation. In addition, I feel like fedloanhelp.org has been using the dot org and not for profit as a marketing strategy. On their website, they listed CFPB, XXXX, and couple other websites as compliance.

A " student loan debt relief '' company called Fedloan Help was supposed to help me consolidate my student loans and register me for an income-based repayment program but, illegally tricked me. I signed up for these alleged services around XXXX XXXX. They started withdrawing {$91.00} from my Visa Debit account on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since then they have withdrawn {$1100.00} from my account. I found out about this scam when I asked them for my XXXX tax form. I needed them to file my XXXX tax returns. However, they did n't respond. A couple days later I received a letter from XXXX XXXX. It stated that I had not paid anything on my consolidated student loans since XXXX XXXX. I called them and told them that I had been, and that they 've been withdrawing {$91.00} each month since XXXX XXXX when I consolidated with them. This was the moment when I realized that they were XXXX different companies and that I was being scammed by Fedloan Help. After I made a bunch of calls and did my research, I found out that Fedloan Help illegally acted on my behalf and contacted XXXX XXXX to consolidate my loans, but never paid them what I thought was my " income-based payment '' of {$91.00} a month. They kept this money and not a penny went to paying back my loans. I was convinced that they were legit because they were a non-profit organization who worked with the Department of Education. They also told me that that I qualified for the student loan forgiveness program announced by Obama Administration. They also sent me emails and attachments with the Department of Education 's emblem so I was further convinced it was real. Moreover, they actively emailed and called me to advise me on the consolidation process. They were also totally understanding of my financial hardship and guaranteed that they were going to help me save money. They said that this program was created because of the XXXX dollars of student debt and that they were working with the DOE because lenders like XXXX and XXXX XXXX were scamming me. They also said that if I did n't finish paying my loans in 3 years that my loans would be forgiven. However, I should have known something was wrong when they asked me for my passwords and usernames from my XXXX and XXXX accounts. I was just so convinced that they were going to help me because I was struggling to make end meet and totally stressed out about the high interested rates and monthly payments that I was making that I was totally blinded by it all. I honestly thought they were a blessing. I will continue to follow up with them to see why they did this and to see if I can get my money back. So far they have n't responded and when I call them I get prompted to their voicemail system. And, their website is still up and running : http : //www.fedloanhelp.org/

My student loans are with XXXX XXXX . I was looking for a way to lower my payments. I found a company called Fedloan Help, free student loan repayment assistance. They said that they would take over the loan and I would pay them based on what I could afford ; income minus expenses. They did so and spoke on the phone to me extensively about their service, communicating that they would take over the loan and I would pay them at a reduced monthly payment. They said my credit rate would go up because of the transfer showing the closing of the account with XXXX . I signed the paperwork and provided all pertinent information. My payments were withdrawn every month on the XXXX as I requested. I believed this money was going towards my student loan. This past week when I could n't get a XXXX tax form I became suspicious. I was told the form they did have for taxes counts as a charity credit since they are a not for profit. Also I was told I was due for recertification. As a result I was told my payment would go up, which I did n't understand, I did n't know about recertification. When I first began this process they certified me with Granite State with a take home of {$54000.00} a year with XXXX dependents. Therefore, a forbearance was put on my existing loan with XXXX . No transfer took place ever. It just looked like I had a XXXX balance since I was in forbearance and had no idea this was happening. With the recertification this year I was told my payment went up from {$180.00} to {$310.00}. I questioned why. Fedloan Help then said that they had no control over what my loan holder said I had to pay. I could n't believe it. I had been scammed. I spoke to XXXX XXXX , but they said they had n't received a payment from me since XXXX XXXX . Nothing that Fedloan Help communicated to me would happen, happened. The new submission from XXXX to XXXX was based on an income of {$55000.00} with XXXX people in the household. I do n't understand what Fedloan Help is doing but they are n't telling people what they are really doing. Of course there are contracts you have to sign and I need to go back and read them ; obviously I did n't read them closely and was suckered. Their claim is that they would take over the loan and I would pay them. They 've taken around {$2500.00} for me and none of it has gone towards my student loan.

I saw an advertisement for Fedloan Help which was advertised to consolidate loans into a program that Barack Obama created to help people with student loan debt. So I called them to see what they could do for me and they said that they consolidate loans under a federal program that would decrease my student loan debt and my monthly payments. I did not realize that this was a third party consolidation company as their company is called Fedloan Help, and the actual consolidation and debt relief program is called Fedloan Servicing. When I was talking to the Fedloan Help people on the phone, they were very helpful but did not explain who they were, that they were a third party company, and that they would be withdrawing {$67.00} from my bank account monthly while making it look like this was my student loan payment. This money that they are withdrawing is not a student loan payment, it is a " servicing fee '' for consolidating my loans through them. I figured this out because I have been getting bills from the actual loan servicer, saying that because of my income, my monthly payment right now is {$0.00}. I 've called Fedloan Help ( the scammers ) and they say that all agents are busy right now and that they will call me back. They refuse to put me on hold. I called Fedloan servicing, and they are the ones who alerted me to this situation. I was not able to download this as a file, but here is an email that was sent to me from one of their representatives : Service Agreement for REVIEW ONLY Inbox XXXXXXXX AttachmentsXXXX XXXX to me Hello XXXX, Attached is the service agreement for the program you qualified for. There is nothing to sign on these documents, review purposes only. We are a NOT for profit organization that works with the US Department of Education regarding Loan Forgiveness and Payment Relief Programs. We charge " NO FEE '' S. We operate from voluntary donations only. XXXX XXXX Fedloan Help : Nonprofit Organization Direct : ( XXXX ) XXXX Ext. XXXX Fax : ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX www.Fedloanhelp.org It says, We charge " NO FEE '' S Since they wrote " no fees '' in that specific way, is that their way of getting around their hidden fees, since it is not grammatically correct?

I looked into options to consolidate and lower my student loan payments. I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX and signed up for their repayment program. Some how- I ended up receiving- what I thought was more help- from another company named Fed Loan Help . The website is Fedloanhelp.org. Which is now up for sale- and you can not contact any of the people who originally helped me ; listed below. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX both from : Fedloan Help : Nonprofit Organization Phone : ( XXXX ) XXXX Ext XXXX & XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX Fax : ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX I had been paying {$72.00} from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX every month in an automatic payment plan. XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received an email from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX the real company ) informing me that my payment was late. I then called the next morning to ask what was happening as I had been paying {$72.00} every month automatically. Which I then realized that they stopped taking my money XXXX XXXX, so things were not adding up. XXXX XXXX XXXX informed me that in XXXX XXXX I enrolled in a {$0.00} payment plan for the year and this was my first payment. Which then means the money I had been paying has gone to thin air. {$72.00} for 15 months XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX totals {$1000.00} which I thought was going to my Fed loans, is now missing. I tried to contact the numbers given from the people above. I tried to email, reach someone on the website, I even asked for help from other repayment companies. All of which said Fed Loan Help was not real. Once this happened I contacted my bank- TD XXXX XXXX make sure all payments would be stopped and they could n't take anymore money. I also asked XXXX Bank if I could put in a dispute against the charges as this is clearly a fraudulent company. They took about a month to see what they can do, but it came back that XXXX Bank can not dispute any charges over 60 days, which my last charge was XXXX. So now I am out this money, with loans to pay, and I am hoping for some help in getting this money back towards my real loans. Thank you.

I have student loans totaling about XXXX dollars that were all consolidated back in XXXX with XXXX at a great rate of 1.75 and I would be paying like XXXX a month for like 23 years. I was fine with it and paying monthly for 7 years. Then, I was contacted by FEDLOANHELP.ORG ( CROOKS ) to consolidate loan under a new federal program that would basically mean I pay the same amount but only for ten years. It was a plan for Obama to get all Americans out of XXXX debt in ten years for those who qualified. I recently got destroyed in business and was happy to hear about this and said sign me up. They took my tax info, pay stubs, verified who I was and what I owed and then came back with approval. They took over payments seamlessly and for all of XXXX I thought I was in the program paying monthly as usual. Then, I got a letter from XXXX saying my deferment period is over and I need to start paying. I contacted fedloanhelp to verify what I was paying and they said a computer issue put me in program but did not pay off my old debt and now I can not be part of the program. I contacted XXXX and they gave me a new rate based on where rates are now which 5.375 about 3.5 points higher than I previously had. Then, I was owed a refund from FEDLOANHELP on all funds paid but then after 30 days they said lack of funds be another XXXX. Then, after XXXX more they are saying bankrupt now. However, if call they are still pretending to be working and taking new clients. Now, I am back to my old XXXX loan year later with a new higher rate and everything I paid last year was stolen and not towards any loan of mine. They do not call or email me back on anything. The Thieves working as normal people are listed below but this is who I left off with XXXX XXXX who sounds legitimate on phone and tricked me completely in to waiting 60 more days while they continue to rip people off. XXXXXXXXXXXX Please make sure they are shut down so no one else sends money to these organized crooks

On XXXX/XXXX/2016 Fedloanhelp.org had an Ad on XXXX to reduce student loan payments. I clicked on it and spoke to XXXX and XXXX. They both explained their company was a not-for-profit and they would assist in the paperwork needed to work with the Department of Education and my loan service provider, XXXX. They asked for my bank account number to setup the new reduced payment, XXXX XXXX and had me electronically sign an agreement all in one call. They stated I would get a package in the mail to confirm everything but that never happened. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 this company started debiting my checking account for {$100.00}. I sent documentation to XXXXXXXXXXXX asking why since XXXX had sent me an email stating XXXX was due for the 12 months. His response was this " Your payments are always made in advance because we never want you to be disqualified from the program for non-payments. That is why we set it up this way for all clients so they do not have to worry about any problems in the future. '' On XXXX/XXXX/2016 this company debited my checking account again for {$100.00}. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I called XXXX and spoke to XXXX. I asked if those 2 payments reflected on their system. The representative advised Fedloanhelp.org was a fraud company and that I needed to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs. On the same day I emailed XXXXXXXXXXXX the following : " The last 2 payments your company has taken out of my bank account do not reflect on XXXX 's website as being applied to my loan. What is going on? " As of XXXX/XXXX/2016 I have not received a reply from them.

I've been sitting on school loan from the XX/XX/XXXX 's which originally was {$7500.00} that I have been paying on and off. But due to life circumstances it's now pushing {$30000.00}. The Fedlaon can't even give me on how much I've paid into this for the last 30+ years because its changed so many different hands. It started as a private loan, that much I know. I've reached out over the years for information and can not seem to get any details so I just keep applying for forbearances as the principal continues to grow and grow. My Circumstance ... My wife and I lost our only son back in XX/XX/XXXX. ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) We went through a hell of a court battle through the Florida court system all the way to the FL Supreme Court where we eventually lost but, my wife and I are survivors and realizing after years, it's now our cross for the rest of our lives. I'm XXXX years old and lost everything when my son passed and at the time, I couldn't care less. Now getting back on my feet slowly and hopefully I can have some kind retirement and definitely sleep a little better with this monkey off my back. However, there has been a good thing come out of this tragedy, my wife and I played a very influential part and passed House Bill No. 67 in XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX XXXX signed cited as the " Gordon and Miulli Act Its a defibrillator law for schools and park districts in the state of Florida. It was all my son needed to be saved.. ( Again, XXXX XXXX XXXX or the XXXX XXXX XXXX ). In which case should be considered a Public Service of some kind.

I used the " company '' Fedloan Help to transfer my student loans to a lower payment plan. Without receiving written or verbal consent from myself they removed {$320.00} from my banking account using a similar title to that of my student loan service at the time. As a result, they were able to remove the said amount four times. Upon noticing that this money was not going towards my current student loan and attempting to contact the company serval time, I had my bank stop payment. They used an alternate title to remove the money to which I needed to then stop the payment again. They then, attempted to contact me multiple times from a blocked number to address the money being stopped. It was claimed that the money should be going towards the student loan, but to the new company. Once my loan was transferred to the new company, it was stated that the money was not placed to the new account. In fact, my current principal balance when transferred went up by a total of XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, 2016 my student loan was a total of XXXX and when I received new paper work from my current loan company it is now XXXX. At this point in time, this company has taken a total of XXXX. I was contacted by this company, Fedloan Help , Inc and led to believe that I was going to be repaying my student loan debt and that I was going to be enrolled in the loan forgiveness program that forgives your loan after 10 years of payment. I have been making payments for the past year in the amount of {$72.00} and was under the impression that I was taking care of my loan directly. Recently I received emails from XXXX XXXX saying that I was in delinquency for failure to pay my loan balance. I was told that none of my payments for the past year were applied to my student loans and I was not enrolled in the loan forgiveness program. I believe I was falsely lead into paying a third party company and that they were deliberately deceiving me. I received monthly payment invoicing notices claiming that this was my courtesy student loan payment reminder which contributed to the deceit. I have paid the {$72.00} every month for the past year and paid a total of {$860.00}. Not only did this company enroll me on false pretenses, they also did n't inform me that I had to continue on my own every year to reinstate the payments. This has negatively impacted me, I do n't have the money to pay two separate companies for the same service and I was told my credit score could also be negatively impacted because I was considered delinquent on a loan.

I XXXX XXXX loan forgiveness and found the site : www.federal-help.org ( NSLfC ) I left my name and number as well as debt amount and they called me back with an estimate for a rate reduction plan through their consolidation company. The perfect salesman ( XXXX ) got me to give him my XXXX ID, social security, address, electronic signature, other personal information as well as my debit card in which he used to charge {$290.00} for a processing fee. I immediately felt there was a problem and called my bank to cancel my account. Then I called XXXX back to be refunded. He never followed up with confirmation. Then I called my credit card company ( XXXX ) to be sure I would not be scammed again and I was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX which turned out to be another scammer who got me to pay another fee of XXXX to clean up my credit. I again felt this was a scam and had to call back my bank to cancel my credit card. Since then I have froze my accounts and change my passwords and tried to do as much preventive action I could take. I called back XXXX today politely asked for confirmation of my refund and he told me he could not do it but that the fee would go towards my plan if I continued to use their company and they promised they wouldn charge me the XXXX at the end of the month but fear they will try and fail.

I was told that the Fed Loan Help company was taking over my student loans and giving me a payment at a much lower rate based on my income and the XXXX that I XXXX. I was told that the money I was paying Fed Loan Help was going towards paying my regular student loan payment as well as a XXXX $ fee for 4 months for their services. I was informed by Fed Loan Servicing that my loans have been in forbearance since XX/XX/2016 and no payments have been received by Fed Loan Help. This is not what I was told on the telephone and I would never have agreed to such contract. My loans should never have been put in forbearance and payments that were directly withdrawn from my account should have been used towards my student loan balance ( as I was told ). Fed Loan Help is a scam and did not fulfill what I was promised over the telephone. How are they affiliated with Department of Education when DOE has no recollection of what they are communicating to customers?

I was told that Fedloan Help would consolidate my student loans and that I 'd begin paying the loans through them. The way I understood it, they were now my loan holder and I 'd send them, through auto pay, {$82.00} per month based on limited income ; Income based repayment. Frst payment XX/XX/XXXX. Each month a withdraw occured on or near the XXXX of each month starting XX/XX/XXXX, every month for 13 months Fedloan Help withdrew {$82.00} until XX/XX/XXXX = {$1000.00}. I had no reason to question if my loans were being paid until XX/XX/XXXX when I received a note from XXXX XXXX telling me I 'd missed two payments. I called and said they 'd withdrawn {$82.00} that month. XXXX XXXX informed me that Fedloan Help was not the same outfit. Fedloan Help, I was told, filed paperwork. The reason that had not heard from my real loan holder ( XXXX XXXX ) was that my loans were in forbearance accumulating interest.

I used a company called FedLoanhelp.org to reduce my monthly payment on my student loans. They took monthly payments from me by automatic withdrawl for over a year. However, they amde it look like it was through the regular student loan program, XXXX. It appeared for the whole year that XXXX was getting paid and all was well. I was just contacted by XXXX that it is time to renew my repayment plan. When I investigated the information they have, it turns out, they were given fraudulent information about my family size, which reduced my payments to XXXX for the entire year on their end, and they have not received any money towards my student loans. In the meanwhile, the Fedloanhelp company has been collecting {$120.00} a month for the past year. It has not been applied to my student loans. I do n't know where it has gone. How do I get my money back, and how do I report this company?

In XXXX XXXX I signed up with FedLoan Help as part of the student loan forgiveness program. Each month they withdraw {$310.00} from my bank account. In buying a house I discovered none of the money has been reported and my Loan Servicer is still showing XXXX with my loan in deferment until XXXX XXXX. I can not reach anyone with FedLoan Help to receive documents or talk to anyone about my account. I get a message service that says they will pass on the message and someone will call me back. I called about 3 weeks ago and no one has called. I called 2 times today and still no returned phone call. I spoke with XXXX and they stated my accounts are still with them. I spoke with the XXXX and they show XXXX as my loan servicer. On my bank account there were ACH checks to show the money was with drawn and now there is an electronic Id to show money is being withdrawn.

I was working with a non profit organization company called " Fedloanhelp '' t hrough www.fedloanhelp.org. This was done to help refinance my student loan payments to help reduce my monthly payments. Each month I was being reassured that my loan was being worked on and nothing was ever done. I was making payments off {$98.00} every month for 12 months for a total of XXXX . Recently they said i would receive an entire refund on all of my payments due to them not being able to help me. I have reached out and for the past 3 months and requested a response and only received automated responses that they would refund me once they received more funding. Now their phone number is disconnected and their website is no longer on the internet.

The company was taking the payments automatically through my account number.

I refinanced Parent Plus L oans that I took out for my children 's college education. I came into really hard financial times and had could n't make the payments. I went through a third party company, FedLoan Help. I have had payments of {$91.00} drafted out of my account for a year and none of them have gone towards my Parent Plus Loans with FedLoan. This began on XXXX and the last draft was on XXXX . FedLoan Help said, via an e-mail, that I have been approved for a refund but now they do not have the funds. I feel now that I 've been scammed. I have included e-mailed correspondence with FedLoan Help. I 've tried and tried to upload my bank statements showing the drafts. I ca n't get it to work. May I fax them to you somehow or mail them? Thank you! Please help!

FedLoan Help : Nonprofit Organization is a scam, do not give these awful human beings your information. This 3rd party company mislead me to believe that they were affiliated with my student loan agency and the Department of Education. They informed me that I would be entering into the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, Income Based Repayment Plan, and loan co nsolidation. They charged me {$150.00} a month leading me to believe I was paying off my student loans. Once I found out the payments were not going to my student loans, I tried to reach out to the FedLoan Help for clarification, they refused to answer the phone and never returned my phone calls. Shame on you FedLoan Help you guys are frauds!

i graduated inXX/XX/XXXX. my loans went into repayment XX/XX/XXXX. i have made all payments on time and in full since XX/XX/XXXX. i contact fedloan to count the number of qualifying payments every 2-3 months and their number never increase. i have a total of 8 loans that all went int repayment XX/XX/XXXX yet for one loan it say i made 19 payments and then on other loans it says i've made 23 payments. every time i call no one wants to give me a straight answer and just request a recount which never is accurate. the representative agree that their numbers do not make sense and put in a request to count but nothing is ever explained or resolved.

A Fedloan official called to remind me of a payment on XX/XX/XXXX, and I made a payment right away. The rep assured me that my account would be current if I made the payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Then, the rep asked about forbearance, and I informed him that I needed the take to my husband ( we just moved to new york, and we both started new jobs ). However, the rep put my account into forbearance without my permission. I made two payments ( one on the XX/XX/XXXX and the other on XX/XX/XXXX ), but it was still negatively reported. Please allow my credit report to reflect that I am current with my payment.
