1 ) The communication with Federated Mortgage began as early as late XX/XX/2018 and is ongoing.
2 ) We have exchanged in excess of 100 emails, facsimiles, statements, lease contracts, tax returns, XXXX, status requests, and confirmations of progress.
3 ) I have already paid {$550.00} in good faith for an appraisal on one of the homes under consideration.
4 ) During the span of time indicated between XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018, Federated has made repeated requests for the same documents with huge gaps in time lapsed in response. The entire process has been vague specifically with regard to the cause of delay which has subsequently triggered further delays.
5 ) I have expressed my ongoing concern about how the initial rate expressed would be impacted by the long process and received assurance that protection would be provided in the form of extensions.
6 ) Over the most recent month, Federated conveyed and introduced origination points that if not paid would cause the initial rates to be increased.
7 ) The process to refinance an existing investment property while leveraging a fully paid principal residence remains outstanding.
8 ) In conclusion, I have made an effort from the onset to be transparent with my intents to preserve both properties, comply with each request for documentation, only to find no closure in completing the transaction.
