I live in XXXX But i moved to XXXX in XXXX. In XXXX my car was reposessed. The car was towed and i was told i would be notified of the auction of the car and how much i would ow. I never got a call or anything by mail about my car. Federal Financial Service stated that i needed to get in touch with the towing company in XXXX. I did and they said they will send me the information about where my car was auctioned off. They never did and XXXX reached out several times with no response. I filed a police report in XXXX for stolen car because the financial service nor the tow company told me they knew where the car was or who bought it. The tow company said they sent the financial company certified letters about where to get car before it was auctioned but financial service say they never got it. This is fraud. The car dealership was closed down due to some criminal activity and the financial company closed in my city. I have made them aware for yrs that i habe not had the car yet they continue reporting the full amount on my credit of XXXX withoit knowing where the car is or who has it i asked them to change the status from charge off to settle or just delete. They refuse to do anything. This is a huge hinderance to me as i am a single parent of XXXX kids. After this step I will sue the finance company because they have not provided any proof i should still owe this car.

To Whom It May Concern : I have noticed that you have placed an inquiry on my XXXX credit file dated XXXX/XXXX/2017. As you probably know, Credit Reporting Agencies treat inquiries as a statement of fact and will not allow a consumer to dispute them. Since it is against federal law ( Fair Credit Reporting Act15 USC 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) for an entity to view a customers credit report without a permissible purpose, I am writing to inquire as to your alleged purpose for doing so since I did not apply or request credit from your organization. Based on the evidence in my possession, this inquiry was performed under false pretenses as described in the clear language of the law. 15 USC 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) states, in part, in the case of liability of a natural person for obtaining a consumer report under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose, actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or {$1000.00}, whichever is greater.This is informing you that this was a fraudulent application and I did not authorize your company to pull my report. I do hope that we can settle this matter amicably. Please remove this hard inquiry from my credit report upon receipt of this complaint to avoid further damage to my credit. Your immediate attention is appreciated in regards to this matter

I had been making payments for two years on my car. I had a XXXX and was hospitalized. I became 3 months behind. My wife got a job because I became XXXX. All other creditors worked with me wonderfully. Ended up with XXXX I spoke with this company all the time. They always gave vague answers, I was threatened by XXXX XXXX, lied to, my contradicting emails. The impersonated the State of Florida Circuit and Civil court, they made up a fake case number for A state of Florida court. All while I was trying to get a straight answer on " if I make one payment, will you make some arrangements with me? '' There answer was always make the payment and well see, knowing they were already trying to repossess the car. I am also contacting state attorney about the fake written notice from the court that was hung on my front gate.

I only owe XXXX on my car I had for three years now and all of a sudden they keep trynna repo my car over less then a month payment and Ill tell them when Im able to pay but they always telling me what they cant do when Im trynna make payment arrangements, they recently repoed my care but still charged my account then o had to pay almost XXXX bucks to get my car back so when my card false to go thru for a XXXX dollar payment I told them Ill be able to pay it next week if the XXXX but they denied to allow me to pay it and my car note is not due into the XXXX of each month

I have received a copy of my credit report and it shows company FED FIN SVC account number XXXX. Per FDCPA I am aware that a charge off or collection account is a direct violation due to reporting a balance. The balance must be reported as {$0.00}. Currently I am being violated due to FDCPA because there is an open balance listed on my credit report in the amount of {$2400.00}. I have tried many times to get this verified with no such luck. Please review for deletion.

I had a collection appear on my XXXX credit report from this company. I have no knowledge of this collection. I have sent multiple letters asking to verify the debt, I have called and received no help in verifying this debt. Multiple attempts have been made over the last 4 months with no success.
