I had applied for a payday loan due to medical expenses I recently occurred This company Cash Max XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agents name was XXXX supervisors name was XXXX and they stated I was approved for a XXXX installment loan but I needed to verify that I could pay the money back via XXXX XXXX they wanted me to prove that I had XXXX right now I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX times and all XXXX times the transcaction could not be processed should have been my XXXX clue I then purchased a prepaid XXXX money card and loaded the XXXX on it and called them to giove them the number they said I did not have to activate the card and they would process the loan and call me back in 30 minutes to let me know the money was deposited into my account 2 hours went by called XXXX and he said he is still working on it and will call me back red flag went up and I called XXXX the automated system stated that the card had already been activated and when I checked the balance and entered my information it said incorrect info does not match our records so XXXX had activated that card with his information not mine I have tried to callo them back and it either goes to a voicemail or they pick up [ and hang up they probably have caller ID I would like this reported and of course would like my money back but most of to let people out there know not to go with this company cause they are a fraud I work hard for my money and have a family to support but I trusted them and look what I get for trusting I do n't understand how people can be so dishonest and untruthful Please help me in any way you can thank you My info isXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX

XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX A company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been harassing me at work and on my cell. They have so-called hired a caller by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who claims to be a proceedings officer working on behalf of XXXX ( online payday loan company ) and Cashmax ( In-store payday loan company ). She told me I owed a combined amount of {$1500.00} to these two companies and were going to take legal action to serve me at my place of employment unless I agreed to pay the accounts off and that there was a case pending against me in my county. I looked up any pending cases in my county and there aren't any. Before I though whether or not it was a scam ( since I have tried to work on debt consolidation in the past that included these two accounts ) I gave this lady myXX/XX/XXXXcard number to pay an initial down payment of {$59.00} to set up a monthly payment plan. They took out the {$59.00} from my card and they attempted to take out the first monthly payment of {$560.00} from the same card and it was declined. Once it was declined, they resumed harassing me by phone on my cell number and at my job.
She was referred to me by another lady claiming to be a process server named XXXX and another lady by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who needed to speak with my employer to determine my location for me to be served and needed the " protocol '' to get me properly served at my employer location.

I received a loan from Cash Max Texas located on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Texas.
Before I made my1st payment I was told to call and theyll tell me how to make the payment.
I was told via phone to click on refinance and make the payment that way. I made payment and balance went down from {$500.00} to {$400.00}. Logged in next day and balance was back up to {$500.00} Was told by rep that interest that hasnt accrued yet it sue when I make payment in 2 weeks.
2nd payment 2 weeks later. Clicked on refinance made payment. Lon amount went down to {$400.00} again and then signed new loan document thinking getting monies from refinance and logged in next day and called rep at store and the balance went back up. To {$500.00} and new loan document from online is vanished.
Called same day and asked to speak with corporate apple with someone on XXXX from corporate finally and was told that refinance for them is only extending the payment timeframe to 72 hours to make payment in full.
Advised corporate this process is not customer friendly or clear and concise and will eventually cause more debt than anticipated.
There has to be some kind of standard process that can be done as this is not fair debt collecting practices.

I had to borrow money from a payday loan-title loan from Cash Max to get my car repaired, because my credit was n't good enough to borrow from a bank or financial institution. I just want to know how they can charge the fees they charge each month. I can only pay {$300.00} a month, and {$270.00} goes to fees. I have been paying on this loan since XXXX 2016, and I have only been able to pay a couple XXXX dollars on the principle. The original loan was for {$3100.00}. I am sending you a copy of the XXXX payment for you to research. I do n't know if there is anything you can do to help me, but I have paid {$2400.00} toward the {$3100.00} original loan, and you can see what I still owe. These companies are ridiculous. I borrowed the money from Cash Max, but the actual lender is XXXX out of XXXX, OK.

I paid off my account with cash in full at Cashmax on Wednesday X/XX/2017 I was referred by the branch manager and assistant manager that they could not release the lien on the title until after 10 days they have to email corporate office and corporate office in XXXX, Texas has to mail them the title and then I am able to pick up the title. I went back for an unsecured payday loan and they still have not released my lien on the title I need to know when I can get my title back that was paid off and why I am being told I am not able to release the lien on the vehicle if I am paying off in cash.

I cancelled the loan within the cancellation period of 3 days at CashMax in XXXX XXXX, Texas, paid the loan back and they gave me a lien release but are now refusing to give me my title. They keep saying it hasnt come to them in the mail which is a lie. It doesnt take over a week for the title to come from XXXX which is only an hour away. When I paid the loan, XXXX XXXX said i could get my title the same day, so we drove all the way to the XXXX Texas DMV but were told we had to wait until CashMax got it in the mail. Then XXXX said it would take a week. Its been over 2 weeks now.

I went in to Cash Max, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX ; XXXX, TX XXXX on Wednesday, XXXX XXXX, 2015 for a {$350.00} title loan, and per rights granted to me by law, went in XXXX days later on Saturday, XXXX XXXX, 2015 to pay it off and cancel the loan free from any fees. However, when I went in to cancel the loan, I was charged an additional fee of {$28.00}. So although I was within the 3 day period to cancel, they charged me additional fees, and did not have my title.

I got a payday loan from Cash Max in XXXX, TX and I am a few days late on my payment. The lady XXXX, working theres has called my job, my, friends, and my cell phone over 30 times in the last week alone. The loan is only 5 days past due. I have asked her to stop calling me repeatedly, and she is still calling multiple times a day. Shes calling on different telephone numbers, and even from no caller ID. This is harassment and it is getting out of hand. Please help.
