I received a payment reminder 2 days ago when I responded to the text it was then and only then that I learned that the money 's I was to pay them was going to interest and not until the 5th payment would anything go toward the principal that was the first I ever heard of such a thing the terms that I was told and understood was that on {$1000.00} I was going to be charged {$300.00} and the first payment of {$300.00} was due on XX/XX/XXXX which was fine and then the next two payments would be for XXXX and the payment and that they would be directed toward the principal which was {$1000.00} and then the loan will be paid off well their response was that whatever I pay over the XXXX would go toward the interest not the principal and that the principal payments would not begin until the 5th payment which means I would have had to pay {$2300.00} on {$1000.00} loan never ever agreed on this never knew about it had no knowledge about it did not confirm it because I would have said no way they were deceptive deceitful misrepresented the elder abuse and basically a bunch of scam artists and liars and they tell you one thing and then do another thing and try to rob you blind blood money is what they want and blood money is what they've seem to want to get they're disgusting and I even received texts asking them to provide me with this confirmation of such a thing and then I never got it when I can pay it off XXXX dollars if I pay before the XXXX then I got another one saying that they wanted XXXX again if I pay it off by the XXXX and then they process a payment that I never confirmed our date intent to do which was 2 days ago and it made my account overdrawn because I'm on Social Security and the money wasn't even in there and I want to pay them back but but the kids attacked if they use were so deceptive I don't want you anymore I think that they need to pay me for the troubles that they have put me through and the stress to my heart and my physical well-being

On XX/XX/XXXX I got a call from XXXX & XXXX XXXX # XXXX stating that they had a complaint from a Payday loan XXXX XXXX XXXX I explained to the Rep. that debt was placed in a bankruptcy in XXXX Rep stayed that he sees the bankruptcy riled and will no longer contact me on XX/XX/XXXX I got another call from XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that he was calling because of the same complaint and that my bankruptcy does not cover that debt because it was a chapter XXXX and I still owed the debt tried to explain to him that I didn't want anymore calls and stated I would file a complaint with CFPB stated that that not scaring anybody and hung up on me. Voice message calls states that they are taking me to court and garnish my tax returns
