I have been laid off and unemployed for a little over 2 weeks now and was unable to make my {$72.00} payment with Fast Bucks, located on XXXX XXXX in XXXX Idaho, with whom I have an installment loan with. As of today, My loan is three calendar days late. I called Fast bucks at XXXX this morning, XXXX. XXXX, to let them know my situation with my employment, unemployment insurance, and that i will be in sometime this week to make a payment. That is when I was informed that my account " has '' to be put into bad debt. The store also told me my account will still accumulate interest while in bad debt and that they will still accept payments from me. Now is this very confusing to me because i thought " bad debt '' only occur after all attempts are made to collect on the debt. And if they are saying that my account is going into " bad debt '', which means the debt to them is not collectible, then why are they still threatening to racking up interest on my account? When i asked the store if it is normal and recognized in state law to continue applying interest in this situation that they informed me about, they said " yes ''. The store also explicitly told me that the CFPB knew about it and approves it. When I called the CFPB, i was informed that they could n't find anything in relation to the store practices when it came to interest and bad debt practices. I also was informed by the CFPB that they could n't give me any legal advice with my matter - understandable. They did tell me I could write a complaint on the matter. Still wanting answers i tried to call back the Fast Bucks store and got no answer, but the call did get forwarded to the Fast Bucks corporate office. I told corporate about my situation and asked about the " bad debt '' and what steps are taken before a account in put into bad debt. Corporate was VERY vague and told me multiple times " its all depends on the customer ''. " everyone situation is different ''. This too i thought was very strange that the representative could n't give me any details on how long a debt that is unpaid goes before being put into bad debt. The representative exclusively told me that there were no such time frames implemented within the company. When asked to speak to a manager, he told me " he will tell you the same thing ''. I terminated the call after that. I feel Fast Bucks as a whole is treating my unfairly. I feel that they are threatening me with false information about putting my account in bad debt. I feel Fast Bucks purposely with holding information on the debt collecting process including : grace periods, time frames and legal steps when collect debts and putting accounts into " bad debt ''. I feel its fraudulent to put someone account into " bad debt '', to write off as a business expense, and still collect interest and payments from the persons whom holds the debt. Thank you.

In XX/XX/XXXX a loan for {$900.00} from a payday loan company FastBucks was processed. Around this same time frame I was having issues with Identity thief. I also was separated from my wife and we had not been in communication. I also was not living in the same city where the loan was taken out. On XX/XX/XXXX a claim was filed with the local magistrate court, reference # XXXX. It was not until I applied for a loan in XX/XX/XXXX that I became aware that I had defaulted on this loan. I went to the local Fastbucks office to obtain information on the loan and how I can resolve the issue. Initially they were unable to provide any information on the loan. It took several months and a number of calls on my part before they provided documentation on the loan. I explained to the regional office manager that I was never notified nor had I been issued a summons to appear in court for the XX/XX/XXXX hearing. Because of the Identity thief that was taking place at that same time period I was uncertain that this was even my loan. The local office eventually provided me with documentation showing that I indeed taken a loan out in XX/XX/XXXX. After apologizing for not taking care of this load, I proceeded to offer a settlement on the loan and would be willing to pay the {$900.00} plus reasonable interest on the loan. At that time the regional Fastbucks manager told me that the loan would have to be paid in full {$3100.00} and was unwilling to work out any settlement. I asked if I elevate this to see if I can negotiate a settlement, she advised I contact corporate. I am a XXXX military veteran and live on a fixed income, I am more than willing to work on a reasonable settlement with this company to resolve this issue when I called on XX/XX/XXXX they informed me that now I owe almost {$4500.00} on {$900.00} loan. I called the corporate office who told me that I need to contact the local office to negotiate a settlement and the local office told me there is nothing they can do I would have to speak with the corporate office. Again I am not unwilling to work something out but what the company is asking can certainly be described as criminal.

Good afternoon, The company FastBucks have been harassing me for months now. The company has started to call my employer and continuously harassing me and my co workers at my place of business. It has gotten so bad that I have had to transfer departments so they would stop calling me. I faxed them a Cease and Desist notice to please stop calling me and they refuse. XXXX ( manager from fastbucks ) stated that they do not have to follow any of the rules from the FDCPA and they will continue to harass me and my work place and my personal number. The calls started at my place of business on XX/XX/2019. I advised them to please never call my job again and to cease and desist all collection efforts. They called my employer again the very next day XX/XX/2019. I alerted my manager and my team of security of the issue, my manager advised that if they do keep calling I may end up on disciplinary action. I spoke with XXXX on XXXX XXXX. She stated that my account was going to go to Legal and the {$220.00} that I supposedly owe will turn into {$1000.00} and they wouldn't be harassing me anymore. Today XXXX XXXX I received a email from my old co worker stated that they called again today asking for me. I have transferred departments because the harassment has gotten so bad. I have paid my loan off in full with a cashier named XXXX back in XXXX. This company has new management and they will not stop harassing me. I will be filing a restraining order with the justice courts, I am aware that this is a civil matter but I can no longer take the harassment and nasty phone calls that i've been receiving from XXXX and XXXX. They threaten me every time they call, every single time I tell them to stop harassing me they continuously say " we're not going to stop ''. I will be taking legal action going forward.

on XX/XX/XXXX My now deceased wife and myself secured a loan for a camper. The loan amount was for {$24000.00}. The court document I received on XX/XX/XXXX states that my monthly payments are {$260.00}. The court document I received on XX/XX/XXXX states my payments were {$280.00}. The first point I bring up is how am I suppose to trust their math when the numbers are different. This would be a big discrepancy on the amount I supposedly owe. I also bring up another problem in which comes in the form of letters right from XXXX. I have statements in which it states I owe a balance of {$8000.00}. This is before the camper was sold by XXXX for the amount of {$5500.00}. Their is also a letter from XXXX stating they charged off an amount of {$7500.00}, and then another {$3800.00}. The total amount charged off is {$11000.00}. I have a credit report statement in which it reflects a charge off for {$8000.00}. None of these numbers match. Should a credit report show all charge offs? This is another big discrepancy. The main complaint is the fact that one of their XXXX ( collection Agent ) by the name of XXXX continued to call me personally. During these phone calls XXXX was threatening and very loud and argumentative. XXXX would also use profanities during these calls. I have a witness to this as well as detailed phone records with his number for the time frame of harassment. XXXX is being fraudulent in reporting the accurate numbers. I also noticed XXXX is no longer assigned to my case. I had brought this to the attention of the Bank. I have attached documents in which proves all information in which I filed today.

in XXXX XXXX on XXXX or XXXX money was taken from my account and i called and spoke to XXXX at the store on XXXX and told her that she had processed the payment to early which cost me an overdraft fee, in XXXX XXXX the same thing was done i told this manager that the previous manager would always call if they are taking the payment earlier and she said that she is not going to do that. and she doesnt call and remind me that the payment is due or will be coming out and this is what i was used to since i began business with fast bucks. In XXXX i told not to take money from my acct untill the XXXX XXXX each month. I have overdraft fee again as they have taken XXXX today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX i called the call center and this girl tells me that she has to pull my contract but she is in another state and im pretty sure my contract is in XXXX XXXX XXXX so I am making it official I no longer wantt you guys taking my money she says that collections XXXX XXXX XXXX proceed as normal. and the actual store person will not answer the phone. the last time that i had an issue with XXXX she stated that she would have her boss call me but that call wasnt recieved and she stated that he called but he didnt .. my encounter with this new manager and fast bucks continuously make me regret doing business with them. i told the person at the call center today that fast bucks can no longer take money from my account .please help me to settle this matter she seems XXXX think that she can take money from my account XXXX she feels like it and she is very rude.

I have an outstanding loan with Fast Bucks in XXXX XXXX, ID. I was a repeat customer and paid off my loan numberous times. Due to health problems I had to quit my job. I had a few payday loans out and was in a bad spot. All the lendors except Fast Bucks have graciously worked with me and surprisingly didnt charge outstanding interest. Fast Bucks on the other hand has been horrible. My initial loan was for {$500.00}, now I owe them {$900.00} something. I called the office multiple times to arrange a payment plan. The furthest I got was they promised me a call back from managment, that I still havent had months later. They will not work with me. I know i owe them a debt and they will not work with me. They have told me the only way I can pay the loan is in fill or cash payments of at least {$140.00} in person. This is ridiculous. Every other collector and payday loan company jas worked with me. I have been contacting and working out my debts with all parties except this company. They are a preditory lendor that will not work with you no matter how long you have done business with them, and wo n't take money from you if it 's not enough to them. At this point I could have mad at least {$200.00} in payments, but they will not have it.

th I have filed another complaint againt this company, Fast Bucks. In trying to get this issue with my bank account I called the store manager and she stated the she had the right to take my payment since i was due on the XXXX. I told her that I had a conversation with her last month and that she stated that she would not take the payment until the XXXX i told her that the XXXX i told her the payment would not clear until the XXXX she said she knows that but she was off yesterday so its not her fault. this woman was very rude and told me that i needed to calm down abd she would call me bacl now how is this right at all and we also deicussed in a previous convrsation that i am not paid until the XXXX what XXXX is paid on the XXXX i tried explaining that the other lady would just hold the payment untill the XXXX it was told to me that the due date could not be strecthed farther than that but they could hold the payment she is impossible to deal with

I DID NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH PAYDAY LOANS. I received several calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX about a claim. Spoke to XXXX representatives who stated that i was in default and breached contract with Payday Loans in the amount of {$430.00}. Was given XXXX options to settle - XXXX XXXX XXXX one time payment in full of {$430.00} or installment payments on {$530.00} to be received in their office within XXXX5 days. They referenced a previous employer, and a financial institution with which I had no accounts. I told the XXXX representative that I refused to pay because I did not originate the loan - they asked and I confirmed the last XXXX of my SSN with the representatives and gave them my current mailing address and email address.

I received a payday loan in the amount of {$500.00} from Fastbucks XXXX, UT and paid back {$650.00} of it. They said No that I owe them more much more. I offered to settle at {$300.00} more but they declined it and I was served for court at the end of XX/XX/XXXX they are suing me. I have tried to work things with out with them but they are flat out denying me on settling for {$300.00} when I only borrowed {$500.00}. Please tell me they ca n't do this. These pay day loans are criminal. You have to get more and more to get out of the ones you already have.

Fast bucks made a draft check submitted to my bank account with out my ok they paid loan off {$480.00} i was not notified about this transaction my bank information was not to be used in any form of payment! i was only One month late i always paid on time with debit card or cash called fast buck employee said district manager would call me back and she never did!! So wrong! thank you! also filed complain with bank they are investigating also

i applied for a loan in 2011 and due to my credit i was denied a loan. i am now receiving phone calls from a mediation services scompany telling me that i had money deposited to my bank account which was not open during the time they claimed they deposited money and asking me to pay them XXXX dollars for the charge to be filled.
