Fast Track Servicing Dept. XXXX ( now disconnected ) email XXXX ( now disconnected ) I was contacted for several months by this " company '' and was told it was a repayment program for my student loans that was offering loan forgiveness. The company told me that I was able to qualify because the company that currently held my loan was being sued for overcharging and takin money from clients. I set up a payment plan and signed a contract. The company helped me fill out all the paperwork for the loan forgiveness over the phone and said I would pay {$200.00} for 3 months and the approximately {$69.00} per month for 10 years. They kept telling me my house size was XXXX and I kept telling them it was XXXX. They said, " don't worry we will take care of it '' ( fix the mistake ). I recently learned from my loan holder that my Grace period is almost up and I need to start repaying my loan. I was very confused since I was told by the Fast Track company that Ive been paying since XX/XX/2019. I called XXXX XXXX and found out the company had made false claims and that the contract I had originally made was likely a contract to pay them to defer my loan. I have attempted to email and call Fast Track to let them know I want to terminate the contract as it was under false pretenses. Their contacts have all been disconnected. I am so distraught that I fell for this and now have to correct all of my paperwork as it contains false information. Additionally, my loan repayment will be more than double and I am now out almost {$700.00} of money I paid to FastTrack Servicing. I have been lied to and have given many personal informations to the wrong hands. I do not know what steps to take next.

I was contacted by Fast Track Servicing XX/XX/XXXX and they said they could help me enroll in a Public Service Repayment plan. They promised to reduce my payments to $ XXXXmonth and that I would have 120 payments and my complete student loan would be paid off. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX they withdrew payments from my account totaling over {$1000.00}. They must have had some tether with my actual Federal Loan -- because I apparently did not miss a payment ( or their application put me in forbearance? ), but I'm not getting letters from XXXX XXXX that I'm finally enrolled in the PS repayment plan -- and that none of these payments made ( to Fast Track ) went towards my principal. They have no record. So, embarrassingly I was duped -- and have spent over a year paying towards my loan ( but not actually paying anything down and not in the program yet ). The numbers they have provided are no longer working and no one is available when I email.
