There is an account showing in collections/charge off for XXXX $ from a company called XXXX XXXX. They have a phone number listed on the credit report as XXXX. This number is out of service and the recorded message states this is a mobile number and the mobile number you have dialed is no longer in service. It also lists an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX I have sent numerous debt validation letters and general letters asking for any documentation and no response is ever returned.
First off, I do n't have anything knowledge of opening such an account. I do not know what it is nor can I get any information on this. I have set 3 debt validation letters with return receipt and receive no answer back.
I have disputed this over and over, numerous times over the past 2 years and with no luck. Each month the balance goes up by about 27 to 35 . I have reported this account as fraud and ca n't find any information on it. I have never received any correspondence or phone calls from any company or collection company claiming to have this account placed for collection.
