I contact Family Credit Management 2 years ago to help consolidate my debt. Since then nothing seems to be improving. My debt is going down but at same time they fail to inform me of changes that are being made. Examples are late payments and missed payments. I pay them two times a month and I trust them to deliver the funds to the correct account. I feel that by going through them to repair my credit is it has gotten far worse. While I had debt it was manageable and steady decrease and credit score was decent. Now I barely have any open credit accounts and its hard to open new credit lines to build credit. The amount paid twice a month are XXXX dollars. During the past few months the amount has suppose to be increased to XXXX to meet the demands of the creditors and they failed to mention this to me as I noticed missed payments and late payments.
