In late XXXX, my ex-husband contacted me to let me know a certified letter had been delivered to his address ( where I do not reside ) in my old name ( which I have not used since 2017 after it was legally changed as part of my divorce ).
He mailed the letter to me and I opened it to find that I was being sued by XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX services. I have no knowledge of either Mr. XXXX or XXXX prior to this. There have been no previous attempts by the company or their lawyer to reach out to me for this supposed debt. And no one has proven to me this debt originated by me or is owed by me. It is my belief that this debt has been fraudulently obtained and that the lawyer ( MrXXXX XXXX ) did not properly review my file. I have been given no time to research the facts of this suit nor have I been given proof that this debt is mine.

I XXXX XXXX, have tried to settle my debt by explaining my XXXX XXXX and serious health challenges, I am extremely frustrated as a consumer, where I can't seem to find a solution to this adverse debt.I have had a XXXX, which now has me on a XXXX XXXX. I want to comply with a solution to this matter, but financially I am strapped, keep in mind I am already at a very old age, where health improvements based on my Doctors diagnose are extremely low, slim to none.My XXXX was back this past XX/XX/2018 do to a XXXX, and I am going back for a second XXXX really soon.I am now on XXXX XXXX so my only option if you cant help me is a bankruptcy chapter XXXX
