No consent is identity theft! I have never given this company consent to use, obtain or share my private medical information. According to 15 USC 1692c ( a ) Communication in connection with debt collection. ( a ) Communication with the consumer generally Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt The privacy rule of XXXX and the XXXX act of XXXX also prohibits certain information ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) from being shared without the consumers consent. My medical information is private information and should not be broadcasted on my consumer report or anywhere for that matter without my consent. I am demanding this company to remove this account from my consumer report immediately and to cease any further communication and collection efforts by/through all means except the United States Post Office . I will be filing complaints with my states attorney general office, the collection companys states attorney general office, the Federal Trade Commission as well as The Department of Health and Human Services. Should we not resolve this matter amicably, I wont hesitate to escalate this matter to the further extent possibly allowed by law.

OnXX/XX/XXXX I received a letter datedXX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they were attempting to collect a debt for original account holder XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$190.00}. They stated to respond within 30 days if I wanted to dispute the debt. On XX/XX/XXXX I send a certified letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WI XXXX which was received by them onXX/XX/XXXX disputing owing XXXX XXXX XXXX any debt and stating to them to please send me any proof or whatever they can in writing showing that I owe any debt to their company. This dispute was done well within the 30 day time frame. I never received a response back to my dispute letter. Approximately 2 weeks later I noticed that XXXX XXXX XXXX had reported the collection to all 3 credit bureaus. OnXX/XX/XXXXI sent another certified letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX which I have attached a copy of requesting immediate deletion removal from all 3 credit bureaus which they have not responded too. After contacting XXXX XXXX directly I was able to obtain proof of the amount owed to XXXX XXXX and have paid the amount owed ( {$190.00} ) to them in full. The collection agency refuses to have the collection deleted off of my 3 credit bureau reports.

I went on line and noticed that financial controls solutions had put a collection remark on my credit reports. This is the same collection that XXXX is trying to collect on ( but will not validate ) and XXXX is trying to collect on ( But also will not validate ). financial control has not notified me in writing that they were going to try to collect, and i have never done any business with them, nor have i signed a contract or owe them any money. I have requested validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please note that I am requesting " validation '' ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay them. they have been shady and have not followed the rules set. they can not be trying to collect an account that is active with another collectin agency and they must by law give me a chance to dispute the account ( which i will through court ) before hitting the credit reports

I went on XXXX this morning and there was a change to my account that XXXX had sold an account to XXXX Collection. I have been disputing the validity of the debt with XXXX, and falls collection has submitted to the credit bureaus that this is a collection WITH OUT GIVING ME ANY WARNING THAT THEY HAD PURCHASED THE ACCOUNT, NOR HAD THEY GIVEN ME ANY CHANCE TO DISPUTE THE DEBT. XXXX has done this with XXXX different account and is practicing deceptive methods to try and get issues resolved. I have never heard from falls, nor have they sent me anything with and account number or validation. I will dispute this to court if need be s this is quite illegal how they are practicing

I'm a victim of identity theft. I recently viewed my credit report and I noticed that false inaccurate debt was listed from multiple collection agencies. I reached out to different collection agencies regarding this issue. According to the FDCPA I'm required to receive all original documents of debt that is claimed to belong to me. Unfortunately, I was not given that privilege which resulted in me filing this complaint. My goal is to resolve these issue, fix these errors and hopefully get all debt collection items removed from my credit reports.

In XX/XX/2014 I went to a medical Lab for XXXX XXXX. I gave the tech my medical card. This was the second time I had been there approximately a week prior so my medicaid card was in the system. I later received a bill. I went back to the lab and explained to the same Tech that my bill needed to be sent to XXXX for billing. The Tech stated she would do so. As I received bills I called XXXX and they said they have no record of my information but it was sent to a collection agency.

I called to ask why the wrong amount was reported to my credit and why no one had reached out to me to try and resolve the debt or set up a payment plan. I was immediately attacked on the phone, over talked, not listened to. Then the front desk lady tried to hang up on me. These people have ruined my credit and then she was beyond rude to me. I want to sue! However, to try and keep tensions down I will try to resolve that ridiculously rude behavior here first.

Upon receiving an alert that there was a collection that was added to my credit report, I discovered that Falls Collection has placed an account without informing me that they had purchased an account, and without giving me a chance to dispute the debt. They were sneaky and deceptive and broke the law by not notifying me about XXXX different accounts

I believe someone used my social security number to pay a bill that I did not pay and was fully unaware of. I have never check my credit score but when I did XXXX XXXX said there was an unresolved payment that was on my reports which brought my credit score down.
