On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a lady by the the XXXX with Fairway Capital Recovery ( collection company ) and she said a copy of the letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX to XXXX XXXX place in XXXX in XXXX. XXXX she said this because we didnt even close on this home until XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. She was recording this phone call and it was right at XXXX XXXX. I then hung up and called XXXX XXXX XXXX and paid that bill for XXXX with a confirmation number of XXXX. This bill was disputed in XXXX of its original amount because the utilities were kept on for over a month after I had left the home as the lease was ended. The leasing company advised me that I never requested that I stop services. Does anyone leave utilities on after they move??? I know I didnt for fact. Anyways I cant prove this from 3 years ago. Total XXXX. So I woke up this morning with a credit alert that there was a collection on my credit report. I then called the collector Fairway Capital Recovery back. I informed them the bill was paid and asked to speak to the manager ( XXXX I was told her name was ) however she was unavailable to speak. Apparently she is the one who has the authority to remove this from my credit report. This is not fair to me. XXXX XXXX kept my deposit and I had to just pay XXXX. That a total of over XXXX dollars that is gone. I probably owed maybe XXXX but not over XXXX. I have disputed this account with XXXX and this collection company before hoping for some sort of fair amount that should be paid but today unfortunately I lost because without any notice to me it appeared on my credit report. This is not fair. I received no letters in over a year. No phone calls. No certified letters. No emails. NOTHING. I paid the disputed balance to XXXX directly and told them this is inappropriate. I demand that The FairWay Capital Recovery remove itself from my credit report immediately.

On Wednesday, XX/XX/2022 on or about XXXX, I received a phone call from a unknown woman debt collector representative at Fairway Capital regarding two accounts. As we were talking, I told her that we have different perspectives about the two accounts, regarding the XXXX XXXX which, I had an verbal agreement with the doctor that he will help me with my bill and with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ambulance service. I told her that I already had given the car insurance information to XXXX who is a XXXX of XXXX government billing official. In an inappropriate unprofessional tone of voice and demeanor, the unknown woman caller became short with me after telling her, that this is an insurance matter since my car insurance company under Kentucky law ( PIP ) is responsible for paying for the ambulance ride. I gave XXXX my claim # with XXXX XXXX XXXX insurance company. Following me telling her we have different perspectives about these matters, she said " I am going to report that you are failing to pay '' and hung up on me. At no time, did she cooperate or allow me to dispute the debts, or allow further time or in other words, freeze my accounts until the insurance company got back with her with payment. Therefore, I called Fairway Capital back minutes later and talked to Representative named XXXX. I told him I want Fairway Capital to validate alleged debts owed, account numbers etc. and reported the misconduct of the previous representative and wanted him to report this incident to the higher ups. At no time, did I indicate that I was refusing to pay. Her telephone etiquette, behavior/demeanor alleging that she was going to mark it down that I was Refusing to pay appeared to be abusive in nature and a threat to harm my credit or get me sued financially.

On/Around XX/XX/XXXX I received a voicemail that I owed {$90.00} from living at XXXX XXXX at XXXX in XXXX XXXX, MO and if I did n't pay that day I would be sent to collections.I lived in the lofts from XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX. I paid all my rent in full and sent my notices to vacate prior to moving out. I never received a notice prior, then two years later get told I am getting sent to collection that day. I have contacted XXXX XXXX as well as Fairway Capital to get to the bottom of this with no avail. In XX/XX/XXXX I got a letter from Fairway Capitol only after reminding them that they were in violation of creditor law letting me know what I owed for. The letter has no dates and is extremely vague but says an auto charge on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$81.00} and that the rest is for utilities. I moved out before the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I never lived in the residence after that and I gave numerous notices ( more than 90 days ) that I was vacating. I had moved out over 30 days before the dates listed on the letter provided by Fairway Capital. In XX/XX/XXXX I again contact XXXX XXXX and was told I had to talk to the owners of the property ( XXXX XXXX ) and was given the email address for a XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I contact XXXX XXXX via email and explained the situation but did no receive a response. Fairway Capitol discontinued contacting me until XX/XX/XXXX when they resumed calling me numerous times a day from different area codes. The agency has also reported the debt to collection agencies and it has negatively affected my credit.

My mother was in the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Ohio after XXXX. She left the facility in 2013 after having paid in full all personal expenses ( private room, telephone ) that were not covered by her medical insurance. Months after her discharge the facility sent her a bill for {$560.00}. She repeatedly sent them copies of the 'paid in full ' receipt. After more than two years since her discharge XXXX XXXX has evidently turned collection of this {$560.00} over to Fairway Capital. A caller phoned my mother several times a day for a week and, because she is XXXX, he evidently became frustrated and very nasty. Mother gave the caller my name and phone number. XXXX XXXX XXXX called me on my cell phone twice last week during work hours leaving a voice mail message claiming he was from Fairway Capital calling to collect {$560.00} from my Mother. When I returned the call I attempted to explain this is no debt as the expenses were paid in full, and I offered to provide proof of payment. XXXX XXXX XXXX said there was a debt and it needed to be paid in full or actions would be taken against myself and against my Mother.

I paid off my " {$810.00} '' debt directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. {$810.00} is in quotations because that is what Fairway Capital is trying to receive and that was not actually the debt amount owed to XXXX XXXX. I called the company XXXX Fairway Capital Recovery XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and informed them about the debt payment completion ( they were working on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and to close my account. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, an update was sent to credit bureaus WRONGLY stating this debt as unpaid. They then informed me ( when I called on XX/XX/XXXX ) that they CHOSE not to follow up with my update from XX/XX/XXXX. Essentially, I told them the payment was made and they did not find it necessary to go and verify that information. I spent XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX trying to get them to close the account and they kept claiming they would not do so as their liaison to XXXX XXXX had not informed them of the change. However, upon speaking with XXXX, I was told they have not given Fairway Capital recovery any directives to ignore my statements about completed payment.

During my visit with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, OH 2021. I approached them about a dental service that was going to be out of pocket costing {$500.00}. At that time, the company was owned by both XXXX XXXX XXXX then sometime during 2021, both owners decided to part ways without my knowledge and any notification that the remaining balance will be sent to collections. Unfortunately, the company did not do proper due diligence by asking current patients to pay any outstanding debt before their split. My service was transitioned to XXXX XXXX group which I continued to work with but my debt was with XXXX who was never my dentist XXXX XXXX was my dentist ) - Now due to this action, the debt owed was sent to collections without any attempt to collect the unpaid money from the patient. I am disputing that my debt was never was supposed to be sent to collection because I was never asked to pay the remaining balance as I was still working with the dentist so I had every intention to pay. I am requesting the cancellation of this matter.

I received a call with a voicemail on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX at 8:45 AM from the phone number XXXX stating that it was an important message from Fairway Capital from a debt collector and to please call XXXX. I received another call on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX at 8:10 AM from XXXX stating they were a debt collector reaching out about an unpaid balance from the XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$400.00}. I told them that this was unlikely as I was just at the clinic and I did not have any unpaid balances. I let them know I would verify with the clinic. I called the XXXX XXXX XXXX at 8:11 AM and let them know what happened. They verified I did not have any debts or unpaid balances on my account and would make a note that I was contacted about this.

Hello : Over 30 days ago I disputed the charge of XXXX placed on my credit report by this agency. They falsified reporting of my debt. They re-aged my debt which is illegal. They reported it to my credit report as if it was a new debt. The original date of delinquency is over 7 years old. Please remove this debt from my report as you have reported this incorrectly and also have not responded to my dispute request in 30 days. As you can imagine I will have no choice but to obtain a lawyer who can sort this out if this is not resolved. thanks very much for your time. I had returned a call from a robo dialer that I received on my cell phone ( in which is a absolute no no for collection agencies to call a cell phone from ). The lady on the other line did not ask if I was the right party only if I received the call at that number, she then proceeded to tell me of a debt that was owed for a apartment complex without proper verification. She did not give the Mini Miranda as required by the FDCPA either. I was contacted by a debt collector on my personal phone while at work. He was attempting to collect a debt as a third party. I told him over the phone that this debt has been in dispute for some time now. He asked me if I wanted to resolve this voluntarily and if i did not that this would go on my credit. I have submitted an email to the company and have submitted in formal writing that I am disputing the debt entirely. Furthermore I was never advised of the debt transfer to a third party from the original party who was involved. I was completely blindside by a collections call.

I was contacted by Fairway Capital to attempt to collect a bill I believe I do not owe. I had a procedure in an outpatient office last year and they made me pay cash up front, over {$1200.00} and a year later they started billing me a little over {$100.00} with no explanation. I do not believe I owe this amount and Fairway Capital who keeps calling me was notified about this dispute and continues to Harass me constantly. I explain several times about the situation and told them I am refusing to pay so they are wasting my time and continue to Harass me.

As of XX/XX/2022, I have received 5 phone calls from Fairway Capital Recovery within the last 4 months alone. During the first 2 phone calls, I attempted to make due and pay any debt that MAY have existed by asking them to mail me a bill from the original business that I supposedly owe money to. They said they would, but I never received anything. The next 3 calls this year I told them to either mail me the bill or to stop contacting me because this is harassment at this point. I should not have any outstanding debt anywhere.

Fairway Capitol Recovery XXXX calls my work number repeatedly for my wife. This is not ever her phone number. This is my work phone number used for business only and this interferes with my work. It 's an automated call and says it 's a call for ___ ( wife 's name ) and that if this is not ___ ( wife 's name ) then to hang up. I do n't even know what the debt is that they are trying to collect. It may be legitimate. But they need to stop calling me at work. When I answered the phone call I thought a medical company was calling me. She never stated that she was attempting to collect a debt until after she asked me my current address. And of course I gave my current address believing it to be in regards to a recent medical test. The company that called was Fairway Capital Recovery. In XX/XX/2022 Fairway Capital posted a collection to my credit report. I disputed it via the credit bureau and they immediately responded it was a valid debt. I then sent a certified letter to them requesting information. They refused to sign for the certified letter. They have never sent me any written communication. Fairway Capital Recovery called my personal phone number about collecting debts on behalf of a sorority that I quit years ago after I had already left the organization.
