XX/XX/XXXX I noticed on my report a debt for {$510.00} on my credit. I sent XXXX several certified letters to settle or even validate the debt. I contacted the company and e planned that this debt from XX/XX/XXXX is from someone stealing my debit card and fraudulently using - I told the rep I signed an bank affidavit. rep stated unable to validatedbor bring my account information up in the system due to the age.

I am a cosigner on a car that is up for repossesion. The financial institution ( FNS financial ) is calling me three times a day, threatening to file a criminal warrant against me for non payment. They are calling my job, I have advised them I do not have the money. They are continuously harassing me. This is a civil problem, not a criminal problem, and calling me three times a day is n't going to fix it.
