When I first applied for the loan the manager talked about everything but the details of the loan. She also mentioned she meets people at the store to purchase stolen property. I called in XXXX before I was 30 days late and tried to pay the past due balance and she told me they don't accept partial payment and I had to pay the whole amount. Today XX/XX/2021 My manager gets a call from the store manager stating she was calling in regards to her employee and she needed to talk to her in regards to legal action. Which was a threat. They should not be displaying my personal info and did not follow the rules of the FDCPA.
