I was initially contacted via phone on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX informing me that she was with the student loan forgiveness program and with six consecutive payments of {$160.00} they would process all of my outstanding student loan debt for forgiveness. They changed my account log in information with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account and my XXXX account without consent or knowledge. I have attempted to cancel with the company multiple times. The first attempt was a few weeks later early XXXX. They refused to let me cancel because they claimed all of my paperwork was processed and my loans were getting transferred to another borrower. I processed chargebacks with my bank in XXXX of XXXX for the first two automatic payments SLFD Processing submitted. They did not like that I filed disputes and contacted me to cancel the chargebacks in which they claimed I would receive paperwork or proof of the " services '' they promised. I have been fighting for two years with SLFD Processing with numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages from XXXX XXXX who is supposed to be the processing manager. I have never received any updated proof that anything was completed. I contacted XXXX again XX/XX/XXXX because they continued to refuse refund and provide me with the promised services two years later. XXXX sent a text, email, and voicemail that he attempted to contact me back, but I never received a phone call. I called again with no response. I have all correspondence, the contract sent, and all conversations. I know the Attorney General of Minnesota has a settlement claim against this company. I received an email from SLFD Processing on XX/XX/XXXX stating if I currently owe a balance under my agreement SLFD Processing is cancelling the balance for compliance with Illinois XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted them immediately after that email was received and I was informed I would be refunded within the next two weeks and they would update me when they had a final answer. Two weeks later, still no contact so I have called every week since XX/XX/XXXX with no contact made. Multiple voicemails to this company have been left each week and it is now XX/XX/XXXX. I have heard nothing about my refunded money in the amount of {$990.00} in two months. They are now ignoring my attempted contacts. I deserve my money back.

Hello- I was approached by a company- SLFD Processing ( Student Loan Forgiveness Discharge ) to enroll in a permanent loan forgiveness/discharge program. I was told that if I made XXXX consecutive payments of {$140.00} that after 10 years, all of my loans would be forgiven. Now I'm discovering that this company is no longer around as it must have been a scam and the Federal Gov't has closed them down. So I'm stuck with all of this student loan debt that I was told would be forgiven!!! I'm a teacher and I barely make enough monthly to get by so now having to start paying this debt back???? I'm so nervous about all of this, can't the Federal Gov't provide the Deferment of Forbearance program for this??? They told me I had to work with you since the loans have all been transferred to you now. Can you please advise a way to see how I can possibly get these loans forgiven and my money back from my payment for this scam??? Thank you very much! The total amount of my loans is almost {$23000.00}. This may seem like nothing to you however it's alot for a new teacher. PS- I'm going to try and upload the forms they had me sign! XXXX XXXX
