XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX (XXXX) reported a 'placed in collection' balance of $XXXX to XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2017.
They reported the original creditor as XXXX XXXX XXXX of WI with an open date of XXXX XXXX, 2017. I do not have a balance with this creditor. This appears to be a 'new' balance, which resulted in a significant credit score drop.
Over the past couple of years I have received random phone calls and emails from similar payday loan companies threatening to proceed with arrest warrants, direct contact with my employer, putting my social security number on hold, etc. Additionally, there was direct refusal to validate the debt.

I request the original disclosure of my loan ( cash mart express ) from collection agency but they said ; that they can not provide me with that. I just want to make sure the payday loan debt is mine, because I do not recall if I had any payday loan after my bankruptcy on XXXX.
But XXXX XXXX XXXX insist it is mine without any prove or even written notice.
they placed a collection on my credit report without any notice letter or prove of who is the original creditor phone number or address or any documents.
The collection agency must provide me a document to prove validity of debt.

I received a notification today that a collection was added to my credit report in the amount of XXXX. I did not receive any dunning letter or written notice allowing me a chance to dispute the validity of this debt before being placed on my reports. That is a violation of my rights and I want this alleged debt removed from my credit reports immediately!

Lender sent me a contract saying first payment due on XXXX XXXX, 2015 for {$72.00} but on XX/XX/XXXX2015 they took {$83.00} from my bank account they said I owed from a prior loan that 's not true loan was merged with new loan new loan new contract.
