I brought my car to a dealership to get fix and used my XXXX XXXX card..The dealership did not fix my car and the problem that I paid for is still not fix to this day..I disputed the charge with all the evidence of this evidence of the problem they were suppose to fix that they didn't ( they were suppose to fix a leak from a convertible car I have and the water was still coming in at the Same place they were suppose to fix ) I even had a license mechanic write a letter stating he seen the water too..I went back and forth with the dispute with XXXX XXXX stating I was not going to pay for something that they didn't fix. ( they wanted me to spend XXXX dollars to go get a water test for more proof ) I said the dealer ship that did the work on the car already did that and stating that is how they find were the water is coming in and fix it so why would i have to put more money out.I sent them again letters from my mechanic etc..The last time I talk to XXXX XXXX I told them I had papers for court and ( I still have the court papers ) and I would take them to court and that was the last time I heard from them and my credit card was showing that I owed XXXX balance..So life went on and I got no bill from XXXX XXXX..then all of a sudden almost a year goes by and they put that I owe them fee 's that I didn't pay from that car issue and late charges..which i never got a bill..I got a paper in XX/XX/XXXX showing again I owe nothing..Now XXXX XXXX ruined my credit and I want this off my credit report..Still to this day being XX/XX/XXXX I still didn't get a bill from them..

I purchased a Tv from XXXX and agreed to pay it off in 3 years making regular monthly payments of XXXX a month. I made multiple payments a month and laud my tv off in a year and XXXX reported i missed 9 months of payments and was delinquent. So instead of my credit score getting better for making multiple payments a month and laying it off early my credit was ruined. They finally corrected it after me reporting them to multiple credit reporting agencies on XX/XX/XXXX and then on XX/XX/XXXX a full months after I paid off the tv in full they reported my account delinquent of 120 days again and my credit score once again took a hit. They are negligent with there credit reporting and could careless that they are hurting customers credit. I have never missed any payment but now because of there bad reporting I am having issues getting a approved for a home loan, if this isnt resolved I will seeking legal actions for damage this company has done to my credit score and for the mental pain and suffering Ive had to endure because of there negligence.

Please investigate these inquiries at your earliest possible convenience, as I am going to be applying for a home mortgage in the near future. I would very much like to ensure my credit score is showing an accurate depiction of my creditworthiness.
Please update me with a full report on your findings within the next two weeks. I look forward to having this situation rectified as soon as possible.

Never say excuse and if they made mistake, they do not call me.
If I need, I must call them.
This XXXX is so bad company for customer services.

The company XXXX was referring me Continue open my credit report. My score when down 54 point. I finally figure out there game. Now the want me to hire some with XXXX to increase my score, also they want to apply for credit. They know the I wont qualify. My score its low. I started disputing this account in XXXX with XXXX XXXX and based on the date of activity in XXXX this account became obsolete and should have been automatically removed in XXXX.
