On XXXX XXXX, 2015 XXXX XXXX called indicating that I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX an amount over {$500.00}. I asked where did he get that figure from and he said it 's allegedly what I owe plus fees. He further indicated that I committed fraud and that Ace will pursue me if I did n't make a payment that day. I asked him to clarify what he meant by pursue and he said that ACE would levy my bank accounts and paychecks. I mistakenly made a payment without researching his company which he failed to mention at the beginning of the call. He said I could settle the account by paying {$270.00} and I asked for an email stating that the account is resolved and that there would be no further obligation. I called back on XXXX XXXX because I had n't received the email. He said he would have his administrator send it in that moment. That e-mail never showed which is when I became suspicious. The number he called from was unlisted. I called XXXX and was told I allegedly owe {$250.00}, they had no idea who XXXX ( entity listed as taking the payment ) is and that a company called XXXX XXXX is handling the case but it could also be resolved on their website. I called my card company to start a chargeback and the company has refused to reverse the payment from XXXX attempts so far. I have been getting calls since then from XXXX XXXX which are saved to my voicemail. He XXXX stated I need to tell my sister there 's a problem with the payment. My sister has nothing to do with this situation. In the second call he says there 's an attempt for a chargeback to call back. Today XXXX XXXX, the number he calls from shows up on my caller ID as Executive Acquisition and when I look up the number it 's a cell phone. This time he says " they are going to press charges because you gave them a fake checking account and you committed fraud ''. This is indefinitely a false accusation. He does n't even say XXXX so who is he referring to when he says they? In addition, he fails to say his name or where he 's calling from but I recognize his voice because he 's the only person who 's been calling. At this point I do n't know who this company is or who they are representing. I 've also seen other complaints about all three of the above mentioned companies with the exception of XXXX. I want my {$270.00} back and will deal with XXXX directly. I need help to stop these people and get my money back.

I have been contacted by a company Executive Acquisition about a payday loan I had with XXXX. I asked for them to verify the loan and the person I spoke with said at she would send the letter. She also stated that XXXX was a financial institution so she was going to sue me for attempting to defraud a financial institution and they were going to suspend my drivers license. She further added that although portions of her information was incorrect, the judge would not care about that part just the amounts owed mattered. After she sent the verification letter, it had only XXXX debt collector and no trace of XXXX or any of the previous collection attempts.
I did my due diligence and found that XXXX is not a financial institution, it is classified as a financial service. And that even if they take me to court they can only suspend my drivers license for lack of child support payments and losing a court case involving an accident and not paying on the judgement.
Needless to say, after educating myself and finding her information not credible, I was not in a big hurry to speak with her again. No after three days, she is adding some evading the payment or some such thing. I will be sending a certified letter to both organizations tomorrow. Apparently EAG is collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
EAG claims to have strict adherence to fair collection laws but I have not found that to be true.

I sent an email to the office that is trying to collect from me. After they received my email they proceeded to call my phone 7 times in a row while I am work. I can not answer the phone and could lose my job over that. I did leave a message with the lady that answered the phone at your office. Since I can not take calls at work and your office is closed when I get off I asked her if I could email you. These people are relentless and have told me that they call the law office today and the trustee and was told that your office has no idea who I am. I made an offer to pay this account and they did n't take my offer the man ( XXXX @ XXXX XXXX will answer that number ) advised me that he would see me in court and slammed the phone in my ear. Please advise me on what I can do at this point, I am not refusing to pay they are just really rude and abusive when I talk to them. I continuously receive threatening phone calls from some man named XXXX XXXX. He claims to be an investigator for EA Group. He calls from a private number. He has contacted my employer & left messages with co-workers stating I 'm in trouble, I have a criminal felony fraud case pending. He has even called family members and friends with these bogus shenanigans. He states he has a court order to serve to me. He then gives me a phone number to call : XXXX. I called and requested that they stop the calls and threats. The lady I spoke with their only said I will be going to jail & wished me luck. She then disconnected the call. I am receiving these calls constantly throughout the day at work, on my cell phone & they are even harassing my relatives.

Received a voice mail stating that they were going to issue an arrest warrant and come to arrest me with an armed guard at my work for their protection and as a witness. Wife called them and was trying to cooperate and asked them to send an email someone called back and as she was speaking with a man she asked some questions about why we have n't been notified and according to them they did 30 days ago, but yet we have not received anything and then he started cursing at her and calling her XXXX and us XXXX and hung up on her. She called back and was in tears about what happened, she complained and they sent a generic email. With nothing about the original company that is requesting the money.

Customer kept calling my home ( at XXXX PST ) to threaten me with arrest for a debt that they refused to state what it was for or who the original creditor was. Called me 4 times in a row, then proceeded to tell me XXXX off and I was a XXXX for stating I would file a complaint against them.
