I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for code of ethics violations.

The end of XX/XX/XXXX not sure of exact date the manager of Excel finance in XXXX XXXX Louisiana called my job every five minutes harassing me about payment.my manager got mad and told me the personal calls needed to stop.one hour later I'm working and the manager of Excel came into my job and began to talk about my account in front of everyone walking around customers and other employees.she began to tell me if I didn't pay her today she would have to go forth with suit and if I was embarrassed by her showing up on my job just wait until the XXXX 's serve me on my job.i was so humiliated and embarrassed people were looking at me and hearing all of my business my manager later came to me after she left and told me had he not felt so bad about my situation I would have been fired because my personal business should not be conflicting with my job.she almost cost me my job.they are still calling me on my job after repeated requests to not call anymore.i do not want to be contacted by them anymore.they have harassed me and violated my rights.i called the corporate office to report the issue and the lady said she would send the information to the supervisor and I asked will I get a call back and she said for what.what are you trying to achieve. I said my rights were violated do you not understand the severity of this your company violated my rights and you can be sued so no one 's going to call me back to deal with this issue or talk to me about this issue she began to say for what I told her okay well I'm going to go ahead and file my complaint she said it's your right do what you need to do I will give you the number and everything you need to file your complaint.

My husband and I are 30 days to less than 30 days past due on a loan. However, we continue to pay our installment payment every month. They will call our cell phones, email me and when they can't get a hold of us they will call both of our jobs. I have advised repeatedly, that we can not be reached because of the nature of our employment ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), nor can we receive personal calls at work. I have advised through verbal and written statements to stop calling our employers, yet they continue to do so. I have advised also that they may call our cell phones, email me or send letters to our address, but to cease and desist calling our jobs. It is unnecessary, especially when they have alternative ways of contact and they are still receiving a monthly payment. Although, this has happened on several occasions, the most recent occurrence was today XX/XX/19 when I answered a call from a representative ( I am off during the Summer ) and told her the date we would be in to pay it this month. My husband about two hours later calls me on his lunch break to inform me that they left a message with the charge nurse to call. We are aware of our past due status and have advised them until we can make a double payment we will continue to make one payment every month. They have offered to do a deferment. but we have declined due to extending the loan and adding more interest. We are trying to pay this off. Bottom line, I have advised this to several representatives verbally and also in written form so it is not as if we are not aware.

I already had issues with this company coming on my job and attempting to collect a debt I front of everyone including customers and threatening me and calling multiple times after being asked not to call ... threatening me with law suit on my job where customers and other employees could here my personal information..now they have did 2 hard hit inquires on my credit report without my knowledge or permission once in XX/XX/2019 and again on XX/XX/2019.. they are continuing to violate my rights and I want these hard hit inquires removed because I did not authorize them

The company is fraudulent. They will take your information and falsify it in order to get a loan approval. The manager told me incorrect information about my job history.
