XX/XX/2022 received a phone call from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A person stating they are attempting to collect a debt owed to a medical center. The agent on the phone asked if i was ready to make a payment, I informed them that i was not comfortable giving out my financial information over the phone to people who call me. I requested that they send me paper work for the owed amount and where the bill was from and accurate information on payment types available to me. I received no paperwork in the mail. XX/XX/2022 phone call from XXXX another agent contacted me requesting i pay over the phone to them for a debt owed to them for a medical bill. I again stated that i would like to receive a letter stating the company 's name what debt they where trying to collect and options of payment, as i am not comfortable making payments over the phone to strangers who call me. I received no paper work or mail the following months. I received another phone call from the collecting agency this time from a number that is different that I do not remember or can find on my call logs. I stated I am not disputing whether I owe a debt or not that I am uncomfortable making a payment over the phone to a company that has not sent me any paper-work stating what debt I owe or giving me a option to mail in a payment or make a secure payment at a legitimate website. That i would like to receive a proper letter. Then the agent said they would send me something in the mail and that there was XXXX debts this company was now trying to collect. Today XX/XX/2022 I received notice of a " complaint '' that was filed on XX/XX/2022 in XXXX XXXX of residence. Although in the complaint it states the filing date is XX/XX/2022 it was not filed until XX/XX/2022 which is past the XXXX statute of limitations on one of the debts filed in the complaint.

In XX/XX/XXXX, Evergreen Financial went to XXXX XXXX and collection bills combined for my then husband and myself. He got the paperwork and I did not see it. We divorced in XX/XX/XXXX. Evergreen Financial was specifically listed for approximately $ XXXX in his list of creditors. In XX/XX/XXXX, after not hearing from them in several months, I sent them the attached letter, certified. I gave them XXXX 's address. I did get a copy of debts, and paid one of mine off. I have discovered that an original {$100.00} debt is now {$500.00}. I was told by the man I spoke too in XX/XX/XXXX that it was my " fault and maybe if I had paid my bills we would not be here ''. At the time I did not have the funds to pay the bill as I was bringing home {$700.00} a month after XXXX had a XXXX XXXX and lost his job.. I have attempted to settle the {$100.00} debt, and they refuse. They continue to ask me to make payments that are more than I can afford. In XX/XX/XXXX They got nasty with me demanding to know who my second job was with. They stated that any money I sent would be applied to the debt, but not considered a payment. I was also told they will not pursue XXXX, even though they have his information. I have been told to pursue him myself However, he is a threat to me. I have had a restraining order against him in the past. I was told so what. They have been rude to me, told me that if I was a responsible adult, I would not have the debt, and that refuse to make a payment arrangement for the full amount of debt, unless it is what they want. I can not afford it and pay my basic living expenses and other debt. Again I was told too bad. I have been told by 3 employees they will not pursue XXXX because he did not have income.

I had my daughter on XX/XX/XXXX and at the time she was covered by not only my work insurance ( XXXX ) but was also covered under apple health and XXXX XXXX XXXX i began getting garnished in XXXX of XXXX when I started my new job for what i had thought to be my car that i sold back to the bank. I didn't look further into this until a year and a half had passed and i kept getting new letters saying I was being garnished. being a single mom working XXXX plus hours a week it was hard for me to stop my day and look into this as promptly as I should have after finally finding the time to do so i realized that i was being garnished for my daughter 's medical bills. i had been for nearly a year and XXXX had been double covered. when i contacted XXXX they gave me the dates my children were covered, i contacted the finance company who held the debt and proceeded with the garnishment and then contacted the hospital. When contacting the hospital after nearly a month of trying to get in touch with the person in charge in the finance department, she told me " Whoops i guess we spelled her name wrong, lucky you got me. i was about to send these last two bills to collections '' and giggled her way through the conversation. i asked her what about the other bills i was wrongfully garnished for and that began my circle everyone keeps sating contact the other. untimely the hospital got my child 's spelling wrong after forgetting to even give her a name to begin with and then over charged me, not sending me any notices, then garnishing me for money that was supposed to be paid by two insurance companies

I have contacted this company several times in an effort to validate an account. I have requested that the company send me a contract with my signature binding me to the debt that they are claiming that I owe. However, the company have failed to validate the account. Other than me going up to the company in order to resolve other accounts, I would have never known I had this unverifiable account with the company. The company failed to contact me in regard to this account. In my opinion I think the company hold on to aged account in an effort to collect a higher return from interest. After researching this company, I have seen were the company overall profit has substantially increased in no time. I dont think it is fair that this company failed to communicate with me in regard to this debt, and I feel that the company is violating my consumer rights by trying to force me to own up to a debt that they have not fully validated. After I found out about this debt I requested the representative at the office to print out any copies of any documentation of any correspond that was supposedly sent to me and her response was she cant. I got the entire conversation of the representative unethical practice at this office. I feel that the company need to hire more people in the upper level other than the XXXX. Seem like this is the only person that you have to deal with because no one is in the upper level position.

On XX/XX/2015 Evergreen Financial Services violated our privacy by disclosing a debt owed to an unauthorized 3rd party. The collector placed a call to a number the collector found using skip trace. The individual who owns this phone, has pending legal/criminal issues with our family. The violation of our privacy to this individual has created much turmoil for our family now. Furthermore, at XXXX on XX/XX/2015 when I called Evergreen Financial, I spoke with XXXX , and when I asked what the amount we supposedly owed and who we supposedly owed the debt to she refused to give me any information. So, Evergreen Financial first violates our privacy, and then refuses to give me the debtor in the situation any information on the debt. But, XXXX did have the audacity to ask for payment in full- but not give me any information as to the amount or the creditor. They have made no previous attempts to contact us- we had no idea we even supposedly owed the debt. The collector did not verify she was speaking to an authorized party before disclosing that she was attempting to collect a debt. Not only has our privacy been violated, but numerous Federal and State Laws have been violated by Evergreen Financial. How can they attempt to collect a debt when they refuse to give any information to an authorized party, but give private information to a non-authorized party. thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Evergreen Financial Services has had two different collection accounts with me. I paid one off in late XX/XX/XXXX/early XX/XX/XXXX, during which time I made clear they were not to contact me at work in regards to the second account I had with them. They had my cell phone and I let them know that was the best way to reach me. They've reached out via my cell on 2-3 separate occasions regarding the account I have with them since XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, one of my supervisors at work approached me to let me know Evergreen had called them looking for me. Upon taking the phone call, the agent, XXXX XXXX, claimed that " this was the number we had for you '' and that they were calling my employer. I let them know I had never given them permission, that this was a violation of regulations, and that they definitely had my cell phone since they had tried to call me a month earlier. I had also never disclosed this number to them, meaning they had utilized some other resource to find my work number. I informed them they needed to delete that number immediately and I would be filing a complaint.

We have a medical co-pay being billed to us that was paid via debit card at the time of service. The date of service was XX/XX/2016 for XXXX. It was a charge for my daughter. The hospital kept trying to collect this from me multiple times. Each time I would get a letter I would call the hospital and they said " they would work on it ''. Well almost a year later I get a letter from Evergreen Financial Services saying to pay the {$30.00} dollar co-pay or get a judgement. I was mad to say the least! I sent in a copy of my bank statement showing the amount debited from my account on the day of service from their client. I called back to see if they received the proof of payment and now they have to talk to the client to make sure this is ok? I paid this money. I have proof! That should be the end of it!!! This is so unprofessional I do not know what to do. So this is the action I am taking. I will keep fighting this! I know it is only {$30.00} dollars, but it is about principle now.

A representative of Evergreen Financial Services, who called herself XXXX XXXX, called my place of employment during business hours. Until this date, I had no prior knowledge of any outstanding balance. She was very aggressive and demanding that this issue be resolved. I told her if this was a valid balance owed, I would look into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible. She asked me questions like how much is my income, where is my current street address, which I do not give out to any stranger over the phone. She became agitated and kept repeating the same thing over and over, as if I were to resolve the debt immediately, meanwhile I am trying to conduct business at work. I have no problem clearing this debt, but with such unprofessional business practices, the last thing I want to do is send Evergreen Financial Services money.

My father signed the document that he would pay for my braces. He was unable to do so and this debt was passed to Evergreen Financial. Instead of contacting my father to collect the debt they have contacted me. I have informed them on multiple occasions to contact my father however they have made no attempt to do so and have continued to call me at work and other inappropriate times. I also find it suspicious that they have not attempted to contact my father. He informed me that he filed for bankruptcy not too long ago. That bankruptcy would discharge the debt. I suspect that they are attempting to illegally collect the debt from me since I may not have knowledge of the bankruptcy. When I informed them of this information and requested they stop attempting to contact me, they put me on hold for 10 minutes while I was at work.

While trying to do a refinance on my home it was learned that Evergreen Financial had put a judgement lien on our property for $XXXX. This was from XX/XX/XXXX and was discharged in our bankruptcy that was discharged onXX/XX/XXXX. They are refusing to give us proof that it was expunged. They are also refusing to remove the lien. Our “attorney” stated he dropped the ball on getting this taken care of as well. We were ready to close on the loan XX/XX/XXXX until this happened. The attorney, XXXX XXXX is wanting me to go to the Superior Court to get any docs showing it was expunged and then he will fill a motion at my expense. Evergreen is making no effort to resolve this issue even though the case is so old it is no longer in the system.Their contact info is :Evergreen Billing SolutionsXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX

I received a call on XX/XX/XXXX at about XXXX from a representative for Evergreen Financial services named XXXX XXXX. XXXX told me that the payment was in default and she needed a payment in full. I told her I don't have the full payment, I have the {$190.00} we originally agreed upon. She insisted that i needed to make a payment in full ( which was a lie ) and asked if I had a credit card. After another exchange of words she asked if i could make a {$200.00} payment. I told her if that's what she needs, then I guess so. I gave her my debit card information and she process the payment with the confirmation # XXXX. Ask for her name and told her I was reporting her. Ms. XXXX 's unprofessional behavior and communication tactics are harrasing, misleading and hurtful.

I have a few accounts that have been placed for collections with Evergreen Financial Services. Of those a few of them have been collected via separate writs of garnishment. I recently went to court to have a newer debt that was placed with them validated by the court and was told that I could set up payments for the amount owed. Before I knew it there was a garnishment of my paycheck happening and without a new writ of garnishment. I asaked my payroll department and they forwarded me a document that shows that the writ is a continuation of a writ, but this debt had never been a garnishment to begin with. This made me and payroll think that they were using an old order for a garnishment to withhold on this new debt.
