Since starting services with EVELYN FINANCIAL SERVICES, my experience has been horrible. Due to all the misinformation, and the fact that it has been very hard to reach Evelyn regarding anything on my account. I was forced to do my own research on Credit repair in general, as well as her company. From what I found, I didn't think she could guarantee me any results, nor could she charge my in advance for credit repair ( Here is the website I seen it on, https : //www.ftc.gov/enforcement/statutes/credit-repair-organizations-act ). I was reading this website, and it's looking like I am only supposed to pay for work that was already completed on my credit. This did not happen this way. I paid her {$300.00} up front. This verbiage was pulled directly from her website ( https : //www.evelynfinancial.com/ ) " Service includes the removal of all negative accounts from all 3 credit bureaus that includes car repossessions, tax liens, bankruptcies, late payments, medical bills, collections accounts and charge offs. You will see your score increase within the first 30-45 days and most negative accounts are cleared within 4 months. ". I signed up for her program in XXXX, 2020. That has been WELL over 30-45 days. It has been nearly a year, and I have had little to no progress on my credit file and it has been nearly impossible to reach her at the office. There was one instance where I messaged her to discuss my account, she directed me to the website, and I paid {$10.00} just to have a call with her, and she didn't even show up for that call. At this point, I've done all I can on my end to try to see results, or try to reach out to Evelyn to get help with my progress. At this point, I do not feel like she is doing the job that I paid her for almost one year ago.
