Evans & Green, LLP in XXXX, MO was hired around XXXX 2017 to collect a debt from our business regarding advertising with a local tv station - XXXX aka XXXX XXXX XXXX. During the attempt to collect the debt this law firm as repeatedly come into both retail stores taking pictures, harassing employees telling them that the store will be closing because all assets are being seized, harassed employees over the phone. Now as of today this law firm has posted defaming comments on both stores XXXX pages on all of the posts attempting to announce the unpaid debt to all of our companies XXXX fans and customers. The posts appeared 21 times throughout both XXXX pages. This is clearly a violation of privacy and a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.
