I am a XXXX with XXXX XXXX filing this complaint on behalf of my client, the buyer, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. We received our executed contract on XX/XX/2021. The Loan officer, XXXX XXXX XXXX, was involved days leading up to the executed contract as expected. Closing was set for XX/XX/2021. The house was a manufactured home that needed to be retrofitted for the appraisal. The seller had limited funds so the retrofit company agreed to be paid at closing from seller, but needed an appraisal done on the property first. We knew this information on date of offer acceptance, XX/XX/2021. The appraisal was not ordered until XX/XX/2021 with no rush order attached. Myself and listing agent XXXX XXXX raised our concerns about this and asked for a rush order. XXXX refused to put in the rush order, saying it was the sellers fault for not having the property retrofitted prior to listing. I tried paying for the rush order myself, only to find out that I couldn't. XXXX would then refuse to speak with the listing agent and put me in the middle of communications. On XX/XX/2021, the appraisal had still not been picked up or scheduled, and the file had still not been worked appropriately, so we had to fire him and move to a different lender. XXXX then called me, and asked me why we were going on with a different lender. He had been condescending and rude to me and the listing agent and disrespectful to my clients by talking about them rudely to me. I told him that the appraisal was an issue among the communication and unprofessionalism and he said to me, " Well I will make sure to put all this back on their credit, and good luck closing it. '' and then hung up on me. He then proceeded to email my client with the email and text message that I will attach. My client called me crying asking me if he could do anything to them to cancel this deal. She had no concept of what was happening in this loan process and the new loan agent told me that there was still three weeks worth of work when we were set to close within 10 days. On XX/XX/XXXX {$1400.00} was sent from my escrow account to XXXX XXXX, a company with which I have no policy or dealings. This payment was in error. {$1400.00} was the amount of my most recent policy premium for XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), who I did have a policy with. Additionally {$1400.00} was sent to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, which was correct. In XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was loan servicer for Eustis Mortgage until XX/XX/XXXX, then Eustis Mortgage monthly from XX/XX/XXXX for resolution of this matter. I have been told each time that this issue is under review and that I would receive a call from a supervisor. In XX/XX/XXXX I filed an 'official complaint ' with the company and have not received a contact since then. I am seeking to have {$1400.00} posted to my escrow account.

My name is XXXX XXXX. I purchased a property in XXXX XXXX LA XX/XX/2023. I am stationed and currently XXXX XXXX. I got denied by my lenders about applying for the XXXX benefits. Turns out there is a difference between XXXX XXXX and federal XXXX. They denied me and now XXXX stuck with a mortgage payment with a XXXX % interest rate. Can you help me out?
