I had filled bankruptcy in XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX I dropped off a payment at XXXX XXXX XXXX Escrow Inc office. I was followed by an employee who stated my payment was being rejected. I then asked to speak to owner of Escrow inc and asked her to explain to me why my payment was not being accepted.I asked for her to give me payment history of all the payments made by the Bankruptcy Western District Court. XXXX couldn't give me an answer I demanded a print out and instead I got a Sticky note with made up figures. At one point she looked at her computer and could not provide me with a payment history. In fact she stated that because of the bankruptcy she demanded all payments in full. I explained I had lost my job in XXXX of XXXX and i was doing everything in my power making all payments even without a job. I'm exhausted mentally and its affecting my health. I have made an appointment to meet with the bankruptcy attorney. Demand letters are now in my possession with amounts that are unreal. I truly believe Escrow Inc XXXX had retaliated against me because I did NOT rent my house to her daughter that was going to be stationed in XXXX XXXX with her family. I responded to her if i ever did i would have to lease it for a higher amount than my mortgage payment. XXXX responded XXXX is better than nothing and you can come up with the rest. I would take it in a heart beat was her response.I didn't respond. She knew I was struggling to make payments. Obviously she uses her business to her advantage I have made all attempts to pay and she had mailed back all payments.

On XXXX XXXX2021 I purchased a vehicle through XXXX XXXX and funds were secured by Escrow.com. The seller told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and I could not get a mechanic out to inspect due to covid-19. On the XXXX of XXXX, 2021 after paying XXXX and XXXX to ship on the same day I had it inspected and found out the motor was going out and the axle was broken. As I contacted the police and did a report since the vehicle came from XXXX and demanded the seller come and get his vehicle. The seller kept saying he would have a tow truck come and get it but he had to have a broker to do so. I sent Escrow.Com General Manager XXXX documentation to support fraud including invoices from XXXX of the condition of the vehicle. Despite vehicle causing me financial hardship Escrow held my money and told me to send the vehicle back on my money ( normal policy without fraud ). Escrow told the seller he did not have to do anything due to 10 days he will be given my money. Because the seller kept telling Escrow he wanted his vehicle and may no effort and they had full knowledge the seller failed to disclose the true condition of the vehicle, he was given my XXXX and I am left with a vehicle that is hazardous.

Since the XXXX of XXXX I have been waiting for Escrow to pay me {$100.00}, they have charged me a {$20.00} fee but not paid me my funds. Escrow is saying that I am using a online account that they don't accept the disbursement method, however I have added my XXXX XXXX details and now added my XXXX XXXX details. These are not online banks, these are 2 of the biggest banks in the XXXX XXXX. I sent them a screen shot on the XXXX of XXXX and XXXX at support said on the XXXX XX/XX/2020 '' Hello there XXXX, This will be forwarded to our Review Team for proper handling. Kindly give us 1 business day to process and once feedback is available we will get back to you. '' And still nothing has been done, they just continue to ignore my email and contact with Support. The Support reference number is - [ # XXXX ] : Re : # XXXX XXXX - XXXX sale for XXXX I hope you can help me with this issue? Kind Regards, XXXX

I entered into a 5 year mortgage agreement i n XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$130000.00}. The agreement stated after 13 months any or the entire principal may be repaid at any time without penalty. In XX/XX/XXXX I paid the loan off by refinancing with another company. At that time Escrow, inc., the administrator of the loan, charged me {$100.00} payout fee, {$670.00} service fee, {$75.00} close out fee, {$15.00} VOM request, {$30.00} for 2 history fees, {$75.00} for 3 payoff fees for a total of {$970.00}. The loan only had 17 months left to payoff and they were paid {$17.00} a month for billing fees. If I would have paid the loan in 5 years they would have received {$280.00} in fees but by paying off early they charge me the {$670. 00}.
