I followed up on a lead from ERO lending XXXX an originator ) to purchase my condo. Due to their lack of performance I lost {$3000.00} in fees and earnest money. In addition, I was told to complete a homeowner online class that spanned 6 hours, and urged to pay {$150.00}. for completion of a condo association form. They were very resistance to communication and lacked knowledge in answering questions about underwriter requests. I was frequently put off when I called and so was the agent. Much of the info turned in was apparently lost as it was requested multiple times delaying the readiness to the approaching closing date. The service was slow, tacky and sloppy and required 3 extensions, much of which was used up in underwriting due to their lack of ACCURACY, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE. See the attachment emails form ERO that was requested by the Lender 's underwriter. Item # 5 calls for multiple corrections on the part of ERO and their referred agent. I called the 5 % change to his attention via text early after the error was noticed, but he was resistant to change it. The Lenders underwriter requested all of these items to be corrected on XX/XX/XXXX, just 3 days before my supposed XX/XX/XXXX closing. Fact is, these errors should have all been caught before they submitted the documents. I have seen complaints online about this company dealing treacherously with prospective buyers by slow performance in working their loans. Perhaps the commissions were far less when buying a condo valued at only 70,000. Surely more time was spent on home applications of far greater value. So, this is not a new situation for ERO. I want this experience published to serve as a warning to buyers and sellers. I wonder how this guy sleeps at night. Does he even realize that XXXX is watching him? By making this publish knowledge, others will be spared the agony of his actions and the lost of their hopes and savings.
