Equitable Mortgage is advertising for a realtor listing on XXXX. they are offering financing for the listing with No APR and I also question if this is a respa value with expecting a loan in return for opening up my data base for marketing mortgages to them. No cost to the agent ( clearly a thing of value ) in addition no monitoring of APR in advertising rates to customer for that home with a discounted fee! this does not seem to be uniform and if this is OK I would like your approval so I can indicate to other lenders this is an acceptable way to solicit mortgage via Agents?
